It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We really enjoyed our stay with Shika and Gagan. They were extremely helpful with our requests and we loved the villa. Baga and Anjuna beach both easily accessible from this location. Would definitely recommend!

Sonia was an amazing host—super accommodating and always a step ahead in making sure we were comfortable. The location was another plus—nestled in a peaceful part of Anjuna, yet just a short drive away from the beach. Overall, the villa was the perfect choice for our celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better.

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

A Serene Village Escape I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and it was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's party scene. The village vibe was authentic and cozy, transporting me back to simpler times. The morning was idyllic, and the soft, comfortable sheets were a highlight - I haven't slept so peacefully in a long time! Highlight: The bathtub was a time travel! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Porchi Mai House and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a peaceful haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of touristy spots. Starting from the entrance porch and verandah to the cozy foyer, charming kitchen, and the most beautiful bedrooms — everything about this home echoed the spirit of an old Goan household. The terrazzo flooring, wooden and cane furniture, artistic wall paintings, various lamps, and beautiful curtains all came together to create a warm, yellow, and mellow vibe — perfectly in sync with the slow pours and lush greenery surrounding the house. Porchi Mai House let's you experience the most important feature of a Goan House - The Balcao. You sit down on the stone bench outside, catch a breeze while watching the world go by. Food delivery is easy, but cabs are hard to find, so it's best to get a local cab driver's contact in advance.

Best villa in Anjuna, I visited here with my family, I am highly satisfied with their property and their service. The persons at the villa Robin and Srish were very helpful. I would suggest this was best villa that one can get.

A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this Villa and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area — wow! The private pool, garden, and serene views created the perfect setting for relaxation. Our stay at Casaflip was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers & a kid. Rooms & bathrooms were spotlessly clean, thanks to the daily cleaning of the caretaker, Mr.Parshuram. He was very accommodating to our needs. Provided additional clean towels & pillows on request. Unit is bang on the main road with easy access to Mapusa on one side & Anjuna, Baga, Calangute on the other side. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, side by side as the villa consists of two, 3bhk units sharing a common wall in between, named Amber & Azure. Swimming pool is common for both units. Few suggestions would be, to improve ceiling Fan speed in the living room & dinning area as there is no A/C installed. Swimming pool lights were difficult to locate. Would be great to provide 10 hangers inside each wardrobe to hang clothes else the same gets placed on beds, chairs, teapoy etc...Overall it was a pleasurable stay and would highly recommend to all.
