Apartamento com vista excelente, de frente para o mar. Mario super atencioso, apto limpo e condomínio seguro. Ate usamos a piscina do condomínio quando fez sol, uma experiência completa. Certamente voltaremos mais vezes.

A estadia superou minhas expectativas, simplesmente amei. Tudo que eu precisava estava ao meu alcance, fiquei extremamente satisfeito. Para começar a acomodação conta com FERRO DE PASSAR ROUPAS (Só isso já me deixou encantado). Além disso, também tinha tudo que uma cozinha precisa (panelas, louças, talheres, liquidificador, sanduíches...), e o quarto contava com Ar-condicionado e ventilador de teto, como eu tenho alergia ao Ar-condicionado, achei uma maravilha ter uma opção como o ventilador de teto. Em falar da localização, eu simplesmente amei, mercados, padarias, farmácias, restaurantes, lanchonetes, fast-food, bike do Itaú na esquina do prédio e sem contar o mar, tudo muito perto. Super recomendo essa acomodação para quem busca conforto e bem estar. Finalizo elogiando Iacy excelente anfitriã e super atenciosa, sempre respondendo com prontidão às demandas da hospedagem. Unsere Erfahrung in dieser Unterkunft war durchweg positiv! Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von der Copacabana entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Klimaanlage, die für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt hat, sowie die komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, kommunikativ und hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein weiteres Plus: Selbst die Portiers waren super hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar einen privaten Parkplatz organisiert, sodass wir nicht auf der Straße parken mussten. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Ótima acomodação, bem localizada e o local condiz com as imagens descritas. O espaço também conta com itens básicos do dia a dia, o que nos ajudou muito. Além disso, o Allan foi extremamente flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out!

A vista do apartamento é realmente cinematográfica, pessoalmente é mais linda ainda! O apartamento estava bem limpo e cheiroso quando chegamos. A localização é excelente, próxima de tudo.

Tive uma boa estadia no apto de Stevan. A localização do apto facilita muito o deslocamento para outras regiões de Niterói ou para o Rio. O prédio é antigo e as instalações são simples, mas tudo limpo. O host é bastante atencioso, flexível e tem ótima comunicação.

Me encantó pasar cuatro días en el departamento de Carlos, la ubicación es excelente y es ideal para ir con chicos pequeños porque tiene cuna, sillita de comer y juguetes así q fue ideal … gracias Carlos ! Seguramente volveré!

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Flat in Rio y la experiencia volvió a ser excelente! El apartamento tiene una vista increíble. Fuimos con una bebé y teníamos bañadera, silla de comer, cuna y cochecito. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario, hasta tiene lavarropas. Además de estar muy bien decorado. Toallas y sábanas impecables. El condominio es excelente. Brindan sombrilla y reposeras además de contar con supermercado, farmacia, panadería, todo dentro del mismo. Maxcinny responde muy rápidamente y es muy cálida. Nos dejó como presente unos deliciosos chocolates. Recomiendo completamente alojarse en sus apartamentos.

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado en una zona que no es el centro pero es una zona super exclusiva, el edificio tiene recepción, seguridad, un lujo total. Ana Beatriz fue excelente se comunicó antes de que llegáramos, nos dejó instrucciones y agua en la heladera con bombones, fue muy delicado de su parte. El departamento muy limpio, tal.como se ve en las fotos, frente al mar, facil acceso a la playa hermosa de Barra. Pasamos una gran estadía. MUY RECOMENDABLE!

El dpto es sumamente completo, limpio, ordenado. Forma parte de un hotel por lo que hay peluquería, bar, piscina y varios servicios más. Hay personal de recepción lo que suma al tema de la seguridad. Ademas, en el alojamiento hay muchos elementos que facilitan la estancia. Nos encantó. Lo recomendamos y lo vamos a volver a elegir.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível. O lugar é muito organizado, limpo e acolhedor. Na esquina da praia, perto de tudo.Tivemos a disposição todos os utensílios que precisamos, a proprietária Wanda pensou nos mínimos detalhes para acolher um visitante. Sem contar que a Wanda é um amor, muito educada e carinhosa. Nota miiiillll. Voltarei com certeza.

Great location only one block from Copacabana Beach. Beautiful view from rooftop. Good space for larger groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Host and building staff are friendly and professional.

The apartment was really nice, a good size, great layout and well maintained. Really felt at home, and would stay again.

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Ficamos encantados com a acomodação! O apartamento é super bem equipado, distribuído em quatro andares, com cômodos amplos e confortáveis. A vista é simplesmente impecável! A localização é um verdadeiro privilégio, com saída para uma praia lindíssima e tranquila – sem dúvida, uma das mais aconchegantes do Rio de Janeiro. Nossa dica para quem se hospedar aqui: passe no mercado antes de chegar e leve tudo o que for precisar, pois depois disso é só relaxar e aproveitar cada momento. Mal podemos esperar para voltar!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Excelente todo, desde el check in hasta el check out! se puede remarcar que las ventanas chiflan un poco cuando hay mucho viento (obviamente estando cerradas)... el internet andaba bastante mal y para tener en cuenta el colchon es demasiado blando

Inês foi muito atencioso e sempre nos forneceu muitas informações importantes. A casa é antiga, mas foi mantida com muito carinho e tem um charme especial. A localização é simplesmente imbatível – bem no coração de Copacabana, com tudo o que você precisa por perto: supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes – tudo ótimo! Um pequeno aviso: por estar na orla, pode ser bastante barulhento à noite – recomendamos protetores auriculares para quem tem sono leve. Fora isso, a estadia foi excelente!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 10 days. It was very peaceful and beautiful! The environment was clean and comfortable! It was our first time using this service and we were not disappointed! Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment is exactly as described – clean, stylish, and comfortable – and it's located in a spot that's easy to find and perfect for exploring the area. The host was incredible: super proactive, responsive, and genuinely caring. They provided clear instructions, fast communication, and thoughtful local recommendations that made my stay even better.
