Vacation rentals with beach access in Parque Florestal da Tijuca

Um ótimo lugar, muito bem localizado, com mercado, farmácias e restaurantes por perto. O ambiente é aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e com todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável. A praia e os quiosques ficam a poucos passos, o que facilitou ainda mais nossa experiência. Silvania nossa anfitriã foi extremamente agradável, gentil, flexível e nos passou muita segurança desde a negociação até nossa chegada. Agradeço pela atenção e cuidado. Com toda certeza voltaremos!

You can’t beat the location, from your side porch you can almost see Copacanana beach. I am a tree lover and Roberto’s place is located on a street surrounded by trees. Roberto was quick to respond when a question was asked. Definitely will stay there again. The building is old which makes a true Copacabana experience, staying in one of the oldest building, a real old Copacabana experience, however, inside the apartment is modern. Highly recommend.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Estávamos em 2 casais e cada um ficou em um quarto. A descrição corresponde fielmente ao local, e o local é exatamente como nas fotos. Ivana manteve comunicação rápida e objetiva antes da estadia e no dia do nosso checkin, fez a gentileza de nos permitir entrar antes do horário, já que chegamos cedo ao Rio de Janeiro. O que fez nosso tempo ser mais proveitoso e nos permitiu aproveitar mais nosso passeio. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar em uma próxima oportunidade!

This Airbnb made our trip to rio truly spectacular. It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the ocean is directly across the street with a view of all of Copacabana and sugarloaf facing toward the sunrise. We couldn’t wait to get back to our Airbnb every night and even spent a few rainy days enjoying the whole day there. It truly is an oasis. The host was so nice and made us feel welcome right away. The building security guards are great and made us feel very safe. And there is a ton of restaurants and fun activities (we took a cooking class!) that is all walking distance. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. The kitchen needs a slight upgrade but it really didn’t make much of a difference to us. Overall we were so pleased and will definitely return the next time we come to Rio!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

Excelente ubicación, apartamento muy lindo, atención increíble en el edificio y con Marcio. Siempre muy pendientes de todo. Nos encantó, aire acondicionado de perfecta funcion, camas cómodas, agradables, zona segura para caminar, hay personas en situación de calle pero la zona es bastante concurrida por lo tanto a nosotros no nos paso absolutamente nada de inseguridad, hay locales cerca de comida, tienda, droguerías, etc. Muy muy práctico el apartamento y muy bien equipada la cocina.

estadia muito tranquila, não posso deixar de mencionar como o Marcelo foi gentil, flexível e respondeu a gente bem rápido.

Estávamos em 8 amigos e a casa acomodou super bem para o que precisávamos, o condomínio é tranquilo e seguro. É a pouco metros da praia que possui quiosques e barracas, entretanto, não há muitas opções de restaurantes por perto, porém a menos 10 min você consegue ir para Olégario Maciel que tem completo as opções de restaurantes e bares. Carol foi solícita e atendeu prontamente todas as nossas necessidades e duvidas.

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Estava com a expectativa alta pra conhecer o local e não tive qualquer frustração, pelo contrário! Jeanne muito simpática, proativa e respondia de forma muito atenciosa e rápida! Fiquei 4 dias na casa com 15 amigas. Quartos espaçosos, tudo muito limpo e otima localização. Os anfitriões respondem tudo rapidamente e não tive problema nenhum!! Alem disso ainda me permitiram deixar as malas na casa até o horario do meu embarque… o que foi ótimo.

El departamento es como se ve en las fotos. Pudimos acceder con facilidad. La zona es muy linda y muy cerca de la playa de Ipanema. También hay varios restaurantes. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

Great little apartment. We would stay here again! Nice view, across from a little park. Great walking distance to many different beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Felt safe in the apartment, with security and locked gates. Several quick elevators. Hot water, fully equipped kitchen, all listed amenities, fast wifi, and comfortable beds. Our favorite feature was all of the outlet converters, no need bring your own. Thank you Troy and Andre!

Casa muito tranquila grande e silenciosa, tem mercado no condomínio e muitos restaurantes e praias próximo eu amei e certeza que irei voltar. Obs: os porteiros sempre muito educados e solicitos deram dicas e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar.

Primera vez que iba a Río y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor! Silvia es sumamente agradable, nos ayudó con flexibilidad al ingreso y siempre nos mantuvimos comunicadas. El departamento está muy bien ubicado: a dos cuadras de la playa y tiene todo cerca (Super Market y restaurantes). Es muy lindo y acogedor, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Volvería sin pensarlo y lo recomendaría 100%. Gracias por todo Silvia!

Fue una gran elección quedarnos aquí. Estaba a tan solo pasos de la playa, restaurantes, súper y farmacias. Además la vista al mar desde el apartamento era preciosa. Tiene varios baños y habitaciones, que para nuestra estancia de 4 personas, fue perfecta. Usamos otras amenidades como la cocina, comedor y sala y no hubo ningún detalle. A pesar de estar junto a la avenida principal, las ventanas aíslan el ruido bastante bien. La ubicación céntrica te permite estar a 15-20 minutos de casi todo lo turístico. ¡Me volvería a quedar aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente!
