Monthly Rentals in Parker County

This was a beautiful spot for us to go and meet our new granddaughter. Close to where my son and his wife live and roomy enough for them to come visit during the day. There are lots of good restaurants nearby as well. And Dave did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for a short or long term stay. The master bedroom and bath is a good size with plenty of storage. The secondary bedrooms and bath are also great. The kitchen was well appointed and worked flawlessly. The garage opener and parking were very nice. The location is great…easy runs to the store or restaurants and an easy bike, walk or run on the nearby trailhead. Neighborhood is very private and quiet and neighbors are friendly and helpful. Owners were super responsive to any queries that we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Elisa’s place was super clean and cute! She had clear instructions for check in and check out and left recommendations as well. She was extremely responsive and made this stay great!

We had a wonderful stay at Hallie’s home. We stayed for a long term rental with our two fur babies and the home had everything we needed - location, amenities, and wonderful communication with our host. Thank you Hallie!
