Es ist ideal für vergnügungssüchtige Gruppen. Näher kann man am Zentrum des Geschehens nicht sein. Umliegende Bars und Kneipen haben bis in die Nacht geöffnet. Geräusche von der Strasse sind auch im Apartment zu hören. Damen bieten Ihre Dienste ab 20.00 Uhr auf der Straße an. Der Blick nach draußen fällt direkt auf die berühmte Herbertstraße
