nice apartment in the center of a small village. it is 5 minutes from Conlie where you will find all the shops and services, the World War II museum 15 minutes from Sillé-le-Guillaume where you can go around the lake, enjoy the beach (supervised), pedal boats, windsurfing, discover the Sillé forest by marked hiking trails etc.... 25 min from the center of Le Mans (24-hour circuit, museum...) very nice village to see and much more...

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

We were hosted by Muriel very well. The accommodation is very well maintained and very well equipped. The great calm was very much appreciated.

The house was lovely and was so peaceful, clean and tidy. Hosts were absolutely amazing from start of the holiday until the end, nothing was to much trouble, they gave us so much helpful information about where to visit etc. I highly recommend anyone to visit.

A stone terrace is equipped with wooden dining furniture, surrounded by greenery and blooming flowers. The rustic charm of the old mill ruins creates a serene atmosphere. A pathway lined with trees leads to the property, enhancing the natural setting.
