Linda's place is the perfect place to slow down a little from everyday life. Located in a small, quiet place, you can enjoy nature directly at the view from the window in the morning. The place offered us everything we needed for the extended weekend with our little son. In addition, the communication with Linda is great and she is available to help and advise. Shopping is easily and quickly accessible by car in the nearest town. We'll be back! :-)

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Ulrike immediately responded to a request (hotter shower water) and remedied it. Everything you needed could be found in the apartment. Great location! And the small welcome attentions were also very nice🤗. Great place!

The apartments absolutely met our expectations. It was surprisingly quiet. Neighbors were rarely heard. If you are staying here with children, I recommend taking an additional window blackout for the nights, as the street lights, despite existing blackout blinds, could shine in well. In addition, we had a very friendly host. We felt very comfortable here, we didn't miss anything and we'd love to come back.

Very tastefully furnished apartment with a large room with living, dining, cooking and sleeping area. Great location and lovely views from balcony to city and harbour. Very friendly welcome.

An idyllic place, a wonderful old house with lots of charm, a cozy apartment and two very warm hosts. Simply wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a lovely night at Maik’s flat. It had a very well equipped kitchen with all we needed, beautiful surroundings! Would recommend.

It was really sooooo good 👍 All the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. But I was a little confused because there was an arrow on the 18a sign. But it’s not too big deal. I will definitely choose this house next time I come to this city.

Simply perfect! The Golden Morning accommodation in the quiet of nature was great – super quiet and a real home feeling. Volker is a remarkable host, always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will definitely be back!

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was very clean and really cozy. We found it a bit of a shame that neither bed linen nor towels were provided at the price. As with the other guests, the Wi-Fi router left a negative impression on us. We covered it with a cap on the first night because it is really very bright and hangs almost directly above the bed. We also felt that it was very warm in the apartment. We were there in April and actually had the windows open all the time. However, these points are only small details and not real criticism.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was possible early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with additional kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a very prompt response to our inquiries. We can recommend the apartment without reservation :-)

This apartment met and exceeded all expectations, an absolute recommendation. Very stylish, clean and great explanations. The house and parking are easy to find . The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub with sea view on the spacious terrace are great as described. The gas fireplace is also worth it! Small notes would only be instructions for gas tampering as well as other privacy on the roof terrace.

I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was as described and we had some relaxing days. Glad to come back

We were able to spend a beautiful summer weekend in this tasteful and very well equipped apartment. By bike we explored the Elba landscape with interesting nature experiences. While driving past the small village church in Wootz, a nice lady invited us to a small spontaneous guided tour. Gastrotipp: Mödlich - Alte Fischerkate. Summary: Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.
