A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

Warm and clean, fully equipped, very quiet 21-m² (226-ft²) air-conditioned studio with independent entrance and no shared spaces. Welcome coffee, espresso, tea, mineral water, madeleines, milk, butter, croissant, jam, microwave, and BICYCLES available for loan Close to LES GRANDS BUFFETS, the Sigean Zoo, the city center, and the beaches. Free parking for your vehicle 10 meters away (garage for motorcycles) Bus line B for the city center is nearby. A 32" TV is available in the studio.

Entre canal et garrigue

Située dans un quartier calme, au pied du Canal du Midi dans un charmant village bordé de son vignoble et de sa pinède, vous apprécierez la proximité du restaurant, son épicerie et son dépôt de pain (tous ces services sont situés à 200m du logement mais sont FERMÉS LE LUNDI). Sa situation géographique permet d'accéder en 40mn aux plages, 40mn à la Cité de Carcassonne, 20mn des grands buffets de Narbonne et 10mn de la sortie d'autoroute. Son plus : sa petite cour privée sans vis à vis.

Gîte de caractère, calme et nature, de 4 à 7 pers.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

Le Gîte Cathare

Gîte pour deux personnes aux portes des corbières situé entre mer et châteaux cathares. Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
