Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

A spacious apartment made out of thick stone walls that contains a traditional wood-fired oven and a fireplace ( which are not for use by our guests). It's situated on the top of a small hill by Paroikia so you will have the opportunity to admire a unique view to the gulf of Paroikia and the sunset.
