Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Paramé, Saint-Malo

Sometimes when you book from photographs, reality can be somewhat different. This cottage was exactly what we expected. Mina warned us about the bells on the church but you could barely hear them inside the cottage. Mina was very helpful, not that we had many questions to ask. A beautiful cottage for two in the heart of a beautiful village. Good local amenities, sadly the village store was closed for the duration of our stay. We did make good use of the Boulangerie and the bars/restaurants however. We felt our holiday in St. Suliac was as near perfect as it’s possible to get. Thank you Mina.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and identical to the listing description. The garden is really ideal for quietly enjoying the outdoors. The bedding is very good. The big + of the accommodation is the location; everything is within walking distance, it's really great. The market and Les Halles are right next door. A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for hosting us. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Great location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. We had a great time at Mikaël's! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant area. Everything is easily accessible on foot: shops, restaurants, walks by the sea… Mikael was a very welcoming, responsive and caring host. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. This one is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

We were hosted very well by Claire's husband. He gave us the information we asked for. The accommodation was clean, away from the city center so quiet. For those who like to walk like us, we went to Saint Malo intra muros on foot there and back. It's doable!

Micheline is a very welcoming, accommodating and helpful host. Her accommodation is in a very good location with all the useful shops nearby and a market a few steps away. It is located a few minutes from the Solidor Tower and St Malo intra muros remains easily accessible on foot. An authentic and functional Airbnb as we like them!

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed linens and towels is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is a very attentive and warm host. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's available! We will do it again!

Accommodation matches the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet area. The bakery is a stone's throw away from the property, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I would highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

The studio is cozy, functional and very clean, located close to the Minihic beach (one street to cross and a staircase to go down.) We were there in hot weather. The freshness of the sea was welcome!

It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with beautiful decor. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well-equipped for a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this relaxing place.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Congratulations to Béatrice for providing such a well-equipped apartment. It is spacious, very bright, nothing is missing, and a little more interesting: a lot of storage for our personal belongings. Béatrice is very welcoming and friendly, she also told us exactly what we could see and do in St Malo (very good idea these two aerial views of St Malo and surroundings). I recommend this rental, certainly a little far from the historic center, but the shops next to the building are very convenient. You can also quickly discover all the walks to do from this neighborhood.
