Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Paralia Vergas

We've stayed in Stoupa a few times and this is the best we've had in terms of position and quality of apartment. It's not a luxury apartment but perfect for us. it ticks all our boxes. We will return there next year as there's no point looking for anything else, assuming there's a vacancy of course

Great place and management.

We had a great time at Nicoletta's apartment. Cozy and clean environment, the host was a great hostess, very nice and helpful, she gave us great tips on what to see in the area and provided us with a map! Easy parking nearby, even next to the entrance door!

It was a true pleasure to wake up in an authentic renovated Mani stone tower, with a view to the sea, and to explore the adjacent abandon houses. Arriving to the place, the WAZE took us through quit narrow roads, but we were able to make it. Host was responsive for all questions.

Kwstas was a great host, picked us up from the airport and upon our arrival at the apartment we found a plentiful basket of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 3 people, with a nice spacious and comfortable terrace (eating, hanging out...). The location is great, the house is very close to the sea and in a quiet area, with some minimarkets just a few minutes walk away. Only negative detail, if you are a light sleeper at night it can be a little noisy having doors and windows open, due to cars and roosters, but for us this was not a problem (however in the house there is the air conditioner, which can be a solution to the problem). We will gladly return.

The accommodation is very well located, very convenient to the city and quiet.The whole accommodation was spacious and clean.The kitchen is very well stocked and very thoughtful for residents.Clean sleeping and comfortable.The host had turned on the air-conditioning in every room for us when we arrived, and drinking flat-filled water had been cooled in the fridge.The arrangement and decorations in the house reveal the master's high quality of life and enjoy it.Once we got there, the owner made a careful account of every single item of supplies in the house and we felt like we were back home.Highly recommend the apartment, it was perfect.If I ever come back again, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was simple but had everything we needed and lots of room, and it was very quiet. The hosts were brilliant, kind and welcoming, very flexible with checkin and checkout times and always responsive. The house was easy to find with the instructions and the Google Maps listing. Great value for money, we would definitely come again!

We had a lovely stay in Lymperi's traditional Greek village home. It was 10 mins drive to our favourite beach of our holiday and 10 seconds walk to our favourite taverna - make sure you book, although they always found us a table and do take away! We stayed during the height of summer heat so the air conditioning was very welcome and it meant we couldn't take full advantage of the lovely balcony and courtyard. The house was very cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lymperi was very responsive and guided us in, despite being in Athens to have a baby! All in all, a lovely stay.

My family and I have been coming to this area of Greece for 20+ years and we’ve stayed in a number of places around the this area. This year we finally stayed in the village of Kalo Nero and the apartment/house was perfect for what we needed. Sotiris is a wonderful and gracious host (as is the rest of his family). They’re very responsive and proactive for things we may need (e.g. sheets, towels, etc). I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to hear the waves crash on the shore and only be a few mins walk to amazing Greek cuisine and of course … the sea for a swim. I’m certain we’ll be back ❤️👍🇬🇷.

Eva was very reponsive when I had any questions or queries. Her Mother, Gianna, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the house and explained how everything worked. She looked after us very well for the two days we were there, chatting to us in her taverna, where we ate both nights, and inviting us for coffee and breakfast. I was able to practise my Greek, and Gianna, her English! We were able to buy fresh bread from the little shop. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a good heater in the kitchen/living area for when it was cold in the evenings. We loved the balcony and the view of the snow-covered Taygetos mountains. We sat out there enjoying the sunshine, at various times throughout the day. The village was quiet and peaceful and we were able to do a wonferful hike in the surrounding area. Thank you for having us, hopefully, we will be able to come again!

My parents had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described and clean.The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. The location was perfect and walking distance from the beach. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and delicious treats Soula made.I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

The house is quietly and secludedly located between olive, lemon and orange trees. We arrived at night, but thanks to Dimitrios' very good directions, we found the house quickly. We were with our son and his family in the house ( a total of 6 people). We had enough space and enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking. The oven was great for making fries for the kids. The terrace is huge and super beautiful. The air conditioning worked well. Fans were also provided. Washing machine is great if you are traveling with children. The beach is quick to reach and offers plenty of shade in the afternoon. By car, the bakery, butcher and supermarket can be reached quickly. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house. Dimitrios is a very friendly host and communication was excellent.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Sofia 's. she is a very welcoming and really friendly host! The place is peaceful and easy to find. Sofia is responsive and kindly washed and folded our laundry. The little extra: we were able to pick a few oranges from the meadow next door.

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.
