We booked this place last minute and Panagiotis quickly responded and was flexible with check in time. He was very friendly and there to greet us on arrival. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Shower was hot and had good water pressure! Location was on a small street with not a lot of parking but we were able to park in the next street. Overall great experience for the short time we spent there.

Nikki (& her husband), whose family live above the property, was very welcoming and helpful in explaining the amenities of the apartment and where the local beaches were up 100 metres across the road either side of the property. The apartment was immaculately clean, had new amenities, with a comfortable main bed (with additional sofa & camp bed in the storage room) - Nikki's ground level apartment was so much more than expected. The apartment was extremely quiet even with being on the main road. I would stay again in a heart beat when I visit Kalamata again. Very secure, very quiet, excellent amenities, off street parking - a perfect place to stay for a weekend or a week!
