Με ξυλινη κατασκευη, παραδοσιακο ταβάνι, πετρινους τοίχους, μεσότοιχο απο τσατμά, που ανάγονται στις αρχες του προηγουμενου αιωνα.Φιλοξενει ανετα δυο ατομα , ισως κι ενα μικρο παιδι στον καναπε.Διαθετει δυο μονα κρεβάτια που ενώνοντάς τα δημιουργειται ανετο διπλο κρεβατι

The house is located on the ground floor. ΄΄Limanaki House'' has its own private beautiful garden that allows our guests to sit and enjoy personal moments of relaxation with the family and friends. The House is also ideal for families with children and for older ages because it has no stairs. The supermarket and the pharmacy are 5 meters away. Local traditional taverns and a small harbor is 3 minutes walk. A bus station is across from the house. You are in the city center in 10 minutes.

Rooftop private studio ( 19 square meters - third floor). Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private and functional with a large terrace overlooking the old town and the iconic landmark of kavala, the old aqueduct. Ideal for couples and solo travellers. The city center, supermarket and taverns are 10 minutes walk. At 100m there is a rocky beach with crystal clear water. There is no elevator in the building has stairs and there's free parking on the road.

A modern kitchen area is visible, featuring wooden cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. An adjacent dining space includes a simple, white table with two black chairs, accompanied by a small potted plant. Natural light brightens the area, enhancing the clean and minimalist design.

You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. *Old Town Traditional House*

Hello everyone! Our house is located in Panagia, a neighborhood with scenic narrow streets in the old town of Kavala city. It´s a detached house with the ground floor occupied by us and the first floor for Airbnb hosting. We use airbnb in all of our trips and we are delighted and satisfied. We speak greek, english and spanish and would be happy to host you in our place!

Ev Kavala'nın en güzel yerindeydi.Konumu harikaydı.Old town, iskele,market,cafe ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesindeydi.Ev çok temiz ve moderndi. Balkon ve terasındaki manzara muhteşemdi.Çok memnun kaldık.

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

This was a fantastic airbnb. Amazing location, very clean, and has everything you would need for short or longer stays. I highly recommend this place, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!
