This place is very special because of the location and the view! I couldn't stop looking at the sea, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the terrace. Christina came 5x/week to clean, which we didn't expect at all. She and Panos, the pool manager, were very friendly and gave us tips for the area. Marc was also available beforehand and very friendly in communication. The small house is located on the slope and can be reached from the parking lot via stairs. It's small but nice. The amenities are sufficient. The sitting area (sofa) could be larger, if the weather is not so good, it is only designed for 2 people. There were four of us as a family, but that was OK too! The 2 bedrooms each had a small bathroom. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful location. Thank you for this beautiful place!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the end of April, the apartment matches the photos, very bright, very well decorated and functional. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, ideal for breakfast or apero facing the sea. Finally, the place is idyllic, the small beach just downstairs from the apartment is superb. We were able to visit the island by car, everything is easy to access. I hope we get to come back and I highly recommend this apartment. The welcome from the owners was very warm, with wine and sweets upon arrival. Thank you

Nice apartment in a great location. Host was friendly and responsive. We stayed in mid-april, with relatively few tourists and a nice peaceful ambiance. Proximity to the sea is amazing for the daily morning swim, and Glifada is a great base exploring the island via car.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Beautiful home where everything has been considered to the smallest detail. Really nice and wamt host. I really reccommend as we felt at home. Great location on the middle of the Island - must with a car og scooter. All in all, an amazing experience.

Sonia is a great host. She was very responsive when I had any queries. She gave me some recommendations for restaurants and bars in the promenade. She was also kind to give me a lift from Ksamil in the weekend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
