Monthly Rentals in Paralia Logaras

The balcony overlooking the sea and views to Naxos is stunning. The location is amazing, saunter down to the excellent beaches and restaurants. There is also a secluded swimming beach by the Church which is gorgeous. The kitchen is a bit dark and dingy and not a great place if the weather doesn't allow you to live outside on the balcony. Only kitchen chairs to sit on rather than chairs to relax in (there is space for these). The crockery and cutlery needed re-washing which was disappointing, but a minor issue. The storage space in the bedroom is completely inadequate, we had to use the kitchen table as otherwise would have had to live out of our suitcase. There's enough space to install more cupboard or hanging space but just not provided. Μιχαήλ’s was really nice and very responsive..however his time-keeping is fairly loose! We had an issue with the toilet flush which he quickly fixed

Our stay went very well quiet area the bus right next to the accommodation very convenient for us and the beach at 150 just perfect accommodation very clean and the impeccable bedding just the coffee maker which was very long ...I would recommend the house without problem

Nick is a wonderful host. He assisted with information well in advance of our trip and also assisted with transfers. He recommended a great place for our vehicle hire. The location is perfect. Within very easy walking distance of Logaras beach to one side and Piso Livardi Marina on the other. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee and convenience stores. There is a supermarket 450m walking down the road, and additional shops in Marpissa nearby. The outdoor spaces and views from the property are exceptional. With a large balcony, and front courtyard, plus additional outdoor space for washing etc. We were so please with out decision to avoid the much busier Naoussa and elect to stay in this location. We stayed August and had two weeks of high season and two weeks a little quieter and both were wonderful. I would highly recommend this property and Nick as a host.

George is the most generous, passionate, and thoughtful host you'll ever find. The listing is in Logaras beach, Piso Livadi, one of the best spots on the island. There are three completely different beaches a stone's throw from one another, within walking distance. Logaras beach (seen from the balcony in the pictures) is 1 minute away. At the end of it, there's a path that leads to the other side, where you'll find yourself on Punda Beach. If, when walking out the listing, instead of going towards Logaras beach, you go left, you'll reach Piso Livadi beach in 5 minutes. Also, that's where you're going to find one of the best restaurants on the island, Halaris. There's a bus stop right under under the listing, past the minimarket, and another one by Piso Livadi beach. Buses run until midnight, if you wish to go to Naoussa or Parikia. Thank you, George.
