Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Es war alles sauber und so wie wir den Bildern zu sehen! Tolle Umgebung und ein sehr sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne. Danke für den super Aufenthalt und die super Kommunikation.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

The apartment is great - sparkling clean, just in frond of the beach!l. Dora and her family are very friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend the place!

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Everything is described by the owner. I would add the proximity to the beach bar and the quiet and relaxing surroundings. The beach is also unique with a water sports club nearby.

La villa est un havre de paix dans un environnement très calme, l’horizon bleu à perte de vue, les arbres en fleur et l’olivier magnifique, la lecture à l’ombre de deux grands parasols au bord de la piscine. Elle est dans un état excellent et joliment décorée. Un petit terrain de basket à l’arrière, un chemin piéton d’accès à la plage devant. Les 3 chambres sont à distance, dans 3 ailes différentes du bâtiment, ce qui offre de l’indépendance à chacun (heures de lever, de couver, temps calme…) ; un grand plus en vacances ! Periklis a été un hôte merveilleux, très réactif et attentionné. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Als je opzoek bent naar een rustige vakantie heb je zeker de juiste accommodatie gevonden, op het terrein zelf is het erg rustig. Mocht je de drukte willen zoeken is Thessaloniki minder dan een uur rijden. Verder zijn er in de nabij liggende dorpjes ook veel restaurantjes en supermarkten te vinden. Winkels om te shoppen zijn er niet echt, dan zou je toch echt naar Thessaloniki stad moeten. Strand is hartstikke prachtig, wel zijn er veel stenen en is de trap best wel lang (en vermoeiend)

Having visited the area regularly over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Eleftherios’ home is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The cost is remarkably reasonable considering all the amenities, the outstanding view, and the ideal location that embodies what should be called the perfect stay. The home is spacious, felt bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere that made it a joy to stay in. The attention to detail was clear, from the spotless interiors to the well-maintained amenities. The internet was impressively fast even when streaming. Eleftherios went above and beyond as a host, providing thoughtful recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway in Halkidiki !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der wunderschönen und sauberen Wohnung! Es war traumhaft 😍 Die Wohnung ist groß, modern, sauber und ruhig. Sie liegt genau gegenüber vom Meer und von der Terrasse hat man einen Mega Ausblick! Wir haben jede Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen und die Gastgeberin war immer sofort da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder uns ausgesperrt haben. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 🤗 Am Strand vor dem Haus gibt es genug Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber wenn man den Trubel mag fährt man 5 Minuten weiter und hat es da!

We stayed at this wonderful house as a young family with our child, our dog, and our parents, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property offers a breathtaking sea view and a spacious yard with a great outdoor barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. The house is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights for us was the children’s play area, which makes this place especially ideal for families with kids. The hosts clearly pay attention to every little detail to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return! Uns hat das Appartement von Theodoros super gefallen. Es war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingericht und es war alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick einfach genial, wenn man morgens aufwacht und aufs Wasser schaut. Wir haben in der Ferne sogar Delphine gesehen. Es gibt runderherum eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Theodoros ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Nicht nur, dass er uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hin gebracht hat. Er hat bei der Ankunft auch am Supermarkt angehalten, damit wir etwas einkaufen konnten. Er hat uns außerdem auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants gegeben. Die Kommunikation war einfach und er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Auch hat er uns mit Getränken verwöhnt. Ein wirklich sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, bei dem wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken. Ob Appartement oder Gastgeber, beides ist eine wirkliche Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.
