Hermitage Sykaminea - Cabin

KaterinaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We loved staying at the Hermitage, a hidden getaway in nature, yet with plenty of comfort and amenities. The effect of wood and glass inside an olive grove, accompanied by the sound of thousand sheep bells exudes a dreamlike feeling. Andreas is a great host, very communicative and responsible. We would love to go back.
An outdoor patio area features two vintage chairs with ornate upholstery, positioned under a wooden overhang. Natural stone walls enhance the rustic charm, while a clear blue sky and surrounding greenery are visible in the background.

Beachfront, Tranquil, Private Bay Home

AliRating, 5 stars11 months ago
The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.
A view through an open door reveals a patio with a table and chairs overlooking the harbor. Bright sunlight illuminates the scene, highlighting the tranquil water and blue sky. The outdoor space offers a welcoming environment for relaxation and enjoying the seaside.

Harbor View retreat

ErikaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.
The image captures a serene view of the Aegean Sea, extending toward distant hills and a coastal village. A sunny terrace features white chairs and a small table, adding to the tranquil setting against a backdrop of clear blue waters.

Eleia Superior Seafront Villa with Private Pool

HolleyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

The hosts were very sweet and very helpful, the place we stayed was in a central location, we had very easy access to everywhere. Uncle Ahmet even gave us our holiday olive oil on the way, it's a place we'll stop by again when we're in the area 🙏🏻

Secret Greek Escape

PimRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.
Two wooden chairs are positioned under a large white umbrella, overlooking a vibrant garden filled with orange flowers and green foliage. The view extends towards the serene sea, creating a tranquil outdoor space for relaxation.

Mantamados stone house

SofiaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Stelios’s place at Mantamados is a real village home, renovated, cozy with lots of spaces to keep your stuff away during your stay. Huge closet & lots of drawers & this real stone old school built outside that makes you feel like you belong there. The small patio outside is perfect for breakfast & an ouzaki at night! I completely recommend it & would definitely go back! My baby boy also enjoyed sleeping at the living room space. Really great accommodation!!!
