The apartment was just as we wanted it. Super cozy, clean, spacious, with attention to every detail, equipped with everything. The pool and garden are beautiful. We had the best of vacation in Mariettas genuine, well-planned & located as well as equipped house/apartment. In beautiful, beautiful Koskinou you come closer to "the real" Greece and people as well as Marietta are so friendly and helpful. Thank you Marietta, for the possibility to discover a new side of Rhodos together with my boys!

It was perfect! Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with a sea view. The beautiful, shallow-water sandy beach is less than 100 meters away, with water sports available nearby. Afterwards, you can easily return to your terrace for a shower and relax on the sunbeds, avoiding the beach fees. The place had everything you might need and more. Beach towels are included, which are very useful, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk from a street lined with various restaurants and bars. If you prefer staying close by, there’s a bar serving food and two restaurants, all within a 1-minute walk. Michalis is a brilliant host—very responsive and accommodating, greeting us with a smile. I couldn't fault our stay even if I tried! If I return to Rhodes, this is where I'll stay without a doubt, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family, as it offers amazing value for money.
