Above my expectations, up on a hill overlooking the ocean, I stayed at the studio more than traveling because it was so beautiful and peaceful there. It has everything you need to eat, sleep, lounge, access local sites and feel as though you belong to the island life. Can't wait to come back

just fabulous. the house is a dream. a nice hike but totally doable (i am over 75). super clean and pleasant. wind in the trees at night and no light pollution. milky way and stars. we loved the house. patmos has lots to offer: restaurants, beaches, nice coves, but nothing like the stars above alexandra's house, the sense of peace. We loved the short walk to Lefke's beach for the sunset. we just loved the house, the person (george) who help carry the suitcase up to the house. there were bottles of water waiting for us. my friend and i carried two bottles every time we went back home, and all was easy. five stars.

The house is superb. The pool is amazing and this is one of the few properties that has one on Patmos. Oxana the housekeeper was super helpful, the house was spotlessly clean and she was very friendly and welcoming.

Stefano's house is lovely, furnished with taste and incredibly clean. The bedrooms are perfect have nice essential furniture. A stylish Greek new house with minimalist tasteful interior.

Chrysanthi's house is a small, peaceful and authentic paradise. Typical Greek house tastefully decorated. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the fields and the sea below. Chrysanthi is a very dedicated host who gave us some great tips for discovering the island. Recommended.

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

Laurie's house is cozy and very beautiful, on the hill of Skala so out of the moderate traffic of the village. It has a beautiful view of the bay and offers all the necessary comforts. However, I recommend renting a car because otherwise getting around Patmos can become nerve-wracking. I hope to return to Laurie's next year and I recommend everyone go there!
