Vacation rentals with a kayak in Paradise

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

It was a fantastic stay for our trip to Vegas. Super nice place and wasn’t too far away from anything we wanted to do in Vegas. The pool and hot tub is what we used the most and it was amazing. The games in the house were a good thing to pass the time in between our trips to the strip. Couldn’t have asked for a better Vegas stay for the price we got it for. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be near the strip but not on it.

It was a very family friendly environment. Easy to get to all the Vegas attractions.

Kin's place was fantastic! I felt as if I was at home. Its surroundings are beautiful, and it is only a 10 min to get to the Spring Mountain Ranch State Park which has amazing single tracks for trail running! Now, to get to the strip is about a 15 min drive, which is fine. I also worked from there, and their wifi is high-speed! So I got done a lot of work as well. Kin and John are an adorable couple and were very helpful during my stay at their place. I'd stay there again next time I pass through Las Vegas, if possible!

First off, fantastic host! We were less than 2 hours away from Vegas when we finally decided to rent out an Airbnb for our family. Rebecca was on the ball and communicated with us from the beginning. Our family of 4 (2 younger kids) really enjoyed the pool, the shuffle board, foosball table, and board games that was provided. Property is pet friendly for our house pup for a fee. Location was central to our activities: 30 minutes from Red Rock Canyon and about 20-25 minutes to the middle of the Strip. Space was accommodating and open. We didn't even use the 3rd bedroom cuz our kids slept in the same room with twin beds. We would consider staying here again in our future visits to Vegas. Great house & hosts. Just as described, looked exactly like photos. Didn’t heat the pool & kids still swam everyday. We loved the arcade games. Bathrooms well stocked with essentials plus a few extra items (toothbrush, razors) if you forgot anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Big house really clean!! Host was super great l, really responsive! My favorite place from all the air bnb house i stayed at!!

Quiet neighborhood, overall place was nice! Easy checkin and check out. I wish the place had a dishwasher as the stored plates/utensils seemed a little dirty, but not a big deal.
