Monthly Rentals in Paradera

Nice place! Just like in the picture… close to all the beach on the island.

This is a beautiful home, and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for hosting us! My group of six (four adults and two kids) had plenty of room and especially enjoyed hanging out in the lovely pool and backyard. We enjoyed the location and being able to drive all over the island to explore. It was hot out, and we appreciated the great A/C when we came home to cool off from the beach. We had some issues with check-in and getting the house set up initially. When we arrived, the key was not where we expected, there was no hot water, and various things in the house did not work or were hard to figure out (locks, stove, grill, etc.). The hosts were very responsive and sent someone over in the morning to fix everything. Overall this is a terrific house, and I strongly recommend it. Let the hosts know if you have any issues, and they'll take care of it!

My husband and I stayed for a wonderful 9 days! Dirk and Kyra were fabulous, welcoming, helpful, etc. We found the suite just right for our needs. Comfy and well equipped. Loved having access to fresh eggs each day, and visiting all the critters. Being animal people, it really did help us feel more at home! Waking up each morning to the sweet doggo faces at the door made my day. Please keep in mind there are lots of dogs all over Aruba. This street in particular can get a bit noisy at times with all the dogs around barking. Roosters each morning too at the neighbor's houses. So if you like a more quiet place or want to sleep in, I would recommend you bring ear plugs, or you may be unhappy. The property itself was lovely! We really enjoyed the patio and the pool was fabulous. Easy to drive anywhere on the island from here. Definitely recommend!! ** Reminder- there is a tourist tax on ALL properties in Aruba. It's Law. So just budget that in for yourself. **
