The house is for 12 people, 6 in the main house( 3 couples in 3 bedrooms , one of them has en-suite bathroom and the other 2 share another bathroom ) and 6 more in the bungalow is a loft area with 2 by 2 bed bunk ( 4 people in single beds) and 2 big singles, all in the same space and sharing another bathroom and the American kitchen. There are 2 big BBQ areas, and an exterior bathroom and a sunrise/sunset deck. Also a has a Garage for Gear/Baggage locker. The property accommodate 6 cars inside.

Our space is in a condominium in Paracuru Beach, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located 1.6 km from the main square in the city center. Close to pharmacy, bakeries, pizzerias, beverage distributor and açaí. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, table and basic dishes and cutlery. The bedrooms are lined and equipped with a fan and wardrobe, as well as a mattress and comfortable pillows, bed linens and towels.
