The house is protected with a wooden fence and is pet friendly with access to a green area in the back overlooking an orchard and a lake. Space for two cars to park and a front porch. The condominium features: barbecue, swimming pool, tennis and soccer court, children's playground and access to the dunes and lagoons, as well as the beach. Paracuru is 90 km from Fortaleza and 200 km from Jericoacoara.

The house is for 12 people, 6 in the main house( 3 couples in 3 bedrooms , one of them has en-suite bathroom and the other 2 share another bathroom ) and 6 more in the bungalow is a loft area with 2 by 2 bed bunk ( 4 people in single beds) and 2 big singles, all in the same space and sharing another bathroom and the American kitchen. There are 2 big BBQ areas, and an exterior bathroom and a sunrise/sunset deck. Also a has a Garage for Gear/Baggage locker. The property accommodate 6 cars inside.

The house has 4 en-suites, 2 air-conditioned: all en-suites have a double bed and +1 single bed and + 1 bedroom facing the social bathroom, it has a spacious living room, two balconies and a special coffee corner.
