Very good reception, the host is an excellent person, the best recommendations.

I am very grateful for Gabriela's attention, she was always very attentive from before the stay, even she gave us very useful recommendations, she helped us to get to the place with better accuracy because the waze did not calculate the route well and we were able to reach thanks to Gabriela. On the other hand, the place is very quiet ideal for relaxing and disconnecting, the WiFi signal was good, the spaces of the rooms all as the images, the pool is the ideal size to share with family, the house is very well furnished so as not to have inconveniences and be able to use the grill. Finally, as a recommendation it would have been ideal to have more fans or air conditioning because the heat at night is equally very strong and it is a little difficult to sleep with the rooms closed

Nice place as is, good weather, quiet, tidy condominium atmosphere, good place to rest and spend time with family.

Natalia is a very good host, she was attentive at all times, she let us in early and offered us to leave after the check-out time to enjoy the stay more, everything was clean, nice place near tourist attractions, thank you very much Natalia for your attention, I would stay again, good luck

Estefania's place is beautiful, clean and well worth the money. Estefania was very accommodating when our tour ran late and we were able to collect keys from the front gate. The only issue we had was that we were travelling as a group of couples and singles, and we specifically booked the accommodation as it was listed as having 6 rooms. This would have allowed the couples in the group to have a little bit of privacy. On arrival we found that the service room (4 singles) was locked and had not been prepared. Although a note was included in after check in instruction leaflet about telling the room layout so it can be prepared, this was slightly lost in translation (our collective Spanish wasn't great). The host didn't query this with us directly. Estefania did address this the following day, and the service room was opened up. My only recommendation is that it is made clear on the listing that the service room will only be prepared upon request.

The place is very quiet and a little cramped. The host was always very proactive and always responded positively to all our needs. Very good apartment and very nice.

The accommodation was up to what we were looking for, an exclusive and quiet place to spend family time. The condominium has access to a private beach, swimming pool, and is clean and tidy. Veronica was in contact with us throughout the stay and was attentive to solving problems that arose. One aspect to consider is the noise that is allowed, but these are condominium policies. We celebrated a birthday and the noise had to be minimal, afterwards everything was great.
