The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Peaceful cottage by the water in Te Puna, Tauranga

Situated on a point, the views are breathtaking from our cottage. Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.

We had a lovely stay! Shane and Chelsea were very responsive. The garden is beautiful and spacious—perfect for relaxing outdoors and a good peivate dinner. It’s a great little getaway spot for couples and an excellent choice for a weekend retreat. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and while the bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, the overall charm and beauty of the place more than make up for it. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here. The beds are very comfortable, and there is everything you would need. We had cyclonic weather but still could use the outdoor setting. Fabulous location - right next opposite the beach and walkway. The space was modern, comfortable and very clean. Lots of little things were thought of. Tay St Store and Tay St Kitchen are within walking distance and great for coffee and breaky. Thank you guys - it was a beautiful stay and we will definitely recommend to others.

we absolutely loved our stay. the surroundings were so beautiful and serene. there so many lovely touches with little chocs, plenty of towels, tea coffee and they left us some yummy Easter bun. lynda and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. they even generously gave us some delicious kiwis from there vines. would 100% stay again. thank you so much

We had a great stay! The house is spacious and well-equipped — perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The location is convenient, and we really enjoyed the view from the windows. It was exciting to watch planes descending and trains passing by — the kids were absolutely thrilled! Highly recommended for families or groups.
