We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy and flexible, the BnB was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Denver and Diane are great hosts with prompt and clear communication. We stayed during a cyclone, to which we were very kindly offered an extended stay for no cost. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved the peace and quiet, especially loved soaking in the spa in the cold wind just as daylight starts to diminish - perfect! Nice little bedsit tucked away in the middle of nowhere, clean and tidy, close to drive in either direction to town for supplies or coffee or.... really enjoyed this beautiful sanctuary, highly recommend staying here.

Everything was very clean and a lovely set up, hot tub was wonderful. Nice location but not really walking distance from any restaurant. The bed was so comfy that we have asked the host the brand so we can get one for home! All in all great place to stay would definitely return and suggest to anyone.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed this place. Although we were unfortunately in the middle of a cyclone and next to a highway, it was surprisingly peaceful inside. The place was warm, cozy, super clean and aesthetically gorgeous! Equipped with everything you need. We made use of the bathtub outside and as freezing as it was, it was lovely! Never miss an opportunity when given one! We would absolutely stay again!

We loved our time here. Sharlene was helpful and we had no problems finding the house or while we were there The kitchen was supplied with so many extras including basic food items and cooking equipment etc. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and overall we felt totally at home. A special family time for us all. It rained the whole time we were there but we embraced the quiet and loved the bird life. A family of Tuis in the enormous Puriri tree kept us entertained! I would totally recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay and so close to everything. Easy check in and clear communication made everything seamless. Would recommend staying again. Only thing we did not use was the hot tub as we were unsure when it was cleaned or maintained last. All else was perfect!

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

Wow! I was away for work and have been on the road for about 6 weeks. I felt like I was on holiday while working. Julia and Tony’s place exceeded expectations. Stunning, peaceful. The cedar hot tub had an amazing set up from lighting at night to hearing the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lounge suite. The bathrooms are beautiful. I just don’t not have enough words to describe how amazing Tony and Julia are and how great my stay was. Thank you!!

Fantastic Stay in Papamoa We had a great stay at Ben’s Airbnb in Papamoa. From the start, Ben was responsive, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, which made everything easy. The house itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area, which featured a large BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. While we didn’t have kids with us, the house was well-equipped for families, with a trampoline, spa pool, and other toys for kids. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect spot for our family holiday. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the place was perfect for us. The pool and Spa were both highlights and well used. A nice easy walk to the beach. Thoughtfully renovated and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay close to the beach. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that the sleepout does not have an attached bathroom and the backdoor can not be opened from outside. Not a big deal but was slightly inconvenient.

The house was beautiful ! Immaculately clean, high end furnishing in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The house was very well stocked and had everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable with 5 star hotel quality linens. The outdoor area was well furnished and such an inviting place to sit and chill. Easily walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Absolutely could not fault it and would not hesitate to stay again.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

This was the perfect little retreat for us to unwind and relax! We loved all the little touches that made us feel right at home, they had set the fire up all ready for roasting marshmallows, there was a fantastic selection of tea, and we appreciated the eggs and avocados! The bed was insanely comfortable and the addition of the robes was such a nice touch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.
