Downstairs features a fireplace/tv area & an open plan dining area with stylish furniture & a new kitchen containing quality appliances. Large deck leads straight to the beach within seconds. Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included.

Enjoy the palms and each others company in a Peaceful home. Wake up and walk to Henry en Ted for a barista coffee. Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

The very popular Bay Fair shopping centre and Mt Maunganui which include hot pools, Cinemas and cafés are also all in a short drive. Popular walking and cycling tracks are located locally which include Mt Maunganui, Papamoa Hills and Papamoa to Paengaroa cycleway.

A great place for a break/holiday, soak up the sun on the lovely north facing decks. Restaurant and bar 12 mins walk. Lots of things to do in the area fishing, swimming , walks etc Mt Maunganui , take a short drive down to the mount, walk the base track or up the mount.
