Absolutely stunning apartment and view! Eleni was so kind. Next to everything, in a beautifu area with a lovely taverna in front too. Definitely book!

It was a wonderful stay. We spent 6 nights at Artemis's place. Get up, walk to the window, curtain open and the sea in front of the door: What more could you ask for? We felt very comfortable and Artemis is a very warm and accommodating hostess. We would highly recommend it.

We spent a week in George's apartment with a toddler and had a great time. We read about the sea view and ocean sounds in the reviews before, but our expectations were surpassed. Just wonderful! The beach bar in the building made the beach vacation perfect for us.

We had a great stay! The appartment is small, but has everything you need. We received great recommendations from Maria and loved the pastries from Costa's bakery! Some restaurants, a supermarket and the beach are in walking distance. If you have a rental, it's easy to find a parkingspot close to the appartment.

Nice apartment, well located close to the beach and within walking distance to the old town. Some noise from the street, but not disturbing. Nice view from balcony.

Beautiful views, quiet, everything within walking distance, decorated with attention to detail. Very sweet hosts: nice honey, jam, cheese, butter and eggs, pomegranate, coffee, tea, drink, good tips for resto, bar, beach,...Fantastic terrace and separate patio at entrance. Recommended!

We stayed less than a week in the beautiful garden paradise of Tina & Takis. It was absolutely fantastic, the place is wonderful with views across the valley to the sea and surrounded by flowers and plants. The apartment is very nice even in the rain, it is spacious, warm, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need to cook and feel good. Check-in was easy and flexible even though we were a little late. Both were great hosts, with a lot of creative energy and great recommendations for exploring the area. In addition, both speak perfect German (Tina is also a native speaker), so communication was very easy for us. Tina gave us homemade cakes to say goodbye and we really had a heavy heart to leave the apartment and Crete again. All the more, we hope to come back soon!

Panagiotis was very friendly and informative. We felt very comfortable, the room matched the description and the pictures. A former hotel modernly implemented and interpreted.

The Airbnb was very clean and the reception was very friendly. We liked the pool very much. The apartment was also very cozy. On the positive side, the owner was very helpful and always answered our questions we asked him. The location is very quiet and the point of view is perfect as it is completely centrally located in the middle of the island and so you can look at everything from west to east by car. all in all this was the best Airbnb I've ever been to, viewed by service alone

Yorgo's place has very good location: is close 5-7 min to the beach, very close to Backarei, several supermarket, good taverna. This is not directly in Retimno, but very well accessible in 10 minutes by bus or 2 km with a nice walk along the promenade along the beach promenade with many restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped(larger fridge, stove, dishwashing and washing machine,mosquito net in every window, air conditioning). This includes a balcony where you could sit in the evening and a small pool with lots of water toys. Yourgos and his daughter are also very nice people. Yourgos always responds quickly, gives good tips and even ended up giving us traditional Greek sweets. Thank you. We can recommend Yougos Appartament.

When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by Katerinas father who showed us everything in the apartment and the surrounding with the whirlpool and the garden. This was already a fantastic beginning. In the apartment we were greeted by a homemade frittata and tons of fresh fruit. We had trouble to do eat all of this. The provided ground coffee and all the other things in the fridge including a bottle of wine and Raki was making us smile and feel like at home. Even in the washing machine there were some washing pods provided. Wow! We had a really good time and we got a lot of good support from Katerina and her family (super sweet). We liked that we were allowed to separate the waste for recycling, we do the same at home and this is needed everywhere in the world. The apartment was more than spacious enough for us two and the outside sitting possibilities were used a lot for our breakfasts.

We enjoyed our time at Maria's apartment. It's a two-floor house with two apartments on each floor. Each apartment had a separate entry, so we saw people living upstairs. No doubt, the main treasure of this place - the view from the terrace. We spent long evenings sitting on the terrace watching the sunset. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The place was all it said it was chistos brother was our host and he was exceptionally helpful we were given free coffee and water every day and any problems we had were soon rectified. One downside is that you have to walk downhill into town which means an uphill walk home im 73 and i managed would go back again if ever over south of island. Could do with escalator for homeward journey Jack from Southport UK.

For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more. Heraklion is my home town and finding my way round wasn't going to be an issue, but even if I was an unaware foreigner on his first visit there I wouldn't be troubled whatsoever. George was always available on the phone and helpful. The studio was spotless and functional as quoted in the advert. The immersion heater would heat the water within minutes, while the air-condition was handy. The main advantage of this place though is its location: there is everything you need right at your feet and if you are the pedantic kind of tourist the choice laid out in front of you will put your mind to rest. Within less than half a mile radius you have more bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops your palate can handle. Only question is... do you know where you are going? I am Greek, so I do. We liked the apartment, especially the terrace with the hot tub. Amenities were good Chrysa is a very nice hostess. We felt very comfortable.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

We had 2 incredibly beautiful weeks in the house. The large terrace was the heart of the house for us and we had a lovely time there with plenty of privacy. In addition to the breathtaking views, the sunrises over the mountains were also one of the highlights. The house is very spacious and modern and offers everything needed. The private parking makes for a comfortable arrival. There are good restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

Awesome place - Jacuzzi helps! Bed is nice and comfy, aircon works nicely and cooker and fridge is nice. It’s down the road from town a bus ride away. Toilet and shower is wetroom is nice. You have a great view of beach from the north side balcony and nice moon lit view of from the south side (whilst in the jacuzzi). It’s a good place to get transport links from the city (buses are all over the place). Stelios was very responsive and helpful with recommendations With restaurants and places to find a drink. Deffo would come back 10/10 🇬🇧🇬🇷

I was very pleased that the host greeted me personally at the entrance to the town and showed me the apartment and explained everything in detail. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, had all the amenities (as in the photos), the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is very beautiful and clean, the bedding is fresh and fragrant, as are the towels. Very comfortable beds and cozy bedrooms. And of course the hot tube where you can relax and unwind in the evening. Nearby there is a small shop and a pastry shop and taverns with very good food. I highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An ideal place to visit both the north and the south of the island.

overally we had a very nice stay and the host was very accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area!
