The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

The stay was great, Don Marcelo and his family are very nice. The apartment has everything you need and is in an excellent location, you can walk downtown and it is a few minutes from the bus terminal.

Cabaña complies with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet, private place with its secure parking. Next to the square and very close to the 2 beaches to walk until very late. Mrs. Delmira is very loving and always attentive to us. We'll definitely be back.

The plus of having access to bikes was one of the main reasons I chose this accommodation, a great option because you can tour the village comfortably and go to various places in your own time. The apartment is spotless, clean, smells divine, with all the comforts to be for many days and more. Excellent location, close to supermarkets for your necessary shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, ATMs and tourist offices to take seasonal tours, as well as very close to the lake. We will be back!

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

Very good accommodation, with all the amenities, comfortable and clean beds, as well as the 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped house. Host very helpful at all times. It is in a very good location, close to Pucón and Caburgua. A very peaceful place to relax. My family and I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is the same as in the photos and impeccable. Gema responded to everything and was very helpful. The center is about a 6-minute drive away, so it's close to get around by car or taxi. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I recommend it.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

I arrived and there was no hot water, I searched outside the dpto and realized the gas key was cut The Tub of the Dirty Bath with Piñen and the Curtain of the Dirty Bathroom The Living before going out to the terrace and fowl of the sofa was with dirt, apparently they hadn't vacuumed
