1. Nice access to the beach. The beach is quite clean and relatively not as crowded as the ones in Anyer, or even other nearby Carita beaches. 2. Outstanding view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean is just relaxing. 3. Since it is located on the third floor, we won't be bothered by the local peddlers trying to offer us things. Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. Most importantly, the host is helpful and responsive. Thanks to Mas Fajar for hosting us.

Highly recommended for staycation

The place is very beautiful with rooms directly facing the river and mountains. The condition of the room was very clean, tidy and super duper comfortable. At a price that is still affordable, we are also given the facilities for rafting games to our heart's content. The service from Mr. Hikmat during our stay there was very satisfying. Anyway, this is our best place to stay while on vacation in Anyer

Awesome location, great for up to 10-ish people to stay comfortably. as a host myself I know how hard it is to keep up places at high humidity areas such as beaches or mountains. Hope you will do well in future endeavors!
