Vacation rentals in Panaca

My coworker and I stayed here for four nights and commuted to Caliente for field work each morning. Pioche is a charming, small town and the location of the abnb was central. I can't speak to things to do in the area because we were there for work/school. Our hosts were fabulous. I was bummed there was a Keurig vs. coffee maker because I don't use Keurig's. When I asked about a coffee maker, they brought us a small one that evening and went out and bought a regular size one the next day. I was impressed with the quick response and helpfulness of our hosts. The place itself was fine for our needs and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The only thing I had trouble with was the difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. It was pretty chilly downstairs, but if you turned on the heat, then it got way too hot for me upstairs. The lack of window for ventilation and a view was a challenge, but we were gone all day, so it really didn't matter.

Great location, and cabin was in character with charming old town. Hosts were exceptionally communicative and accommodating. Our dog was keen to watch the wildlife from the picture windows each evening.

Dann's place fit our needs perfectly for a mountain bike trip of 7 guys from ages 56 to 70. It was the most well equipped rental I've ever booked and I've booked a lot. It had things I've never seen....TWO sets of washer & dryers, a COMMERCIAL ice machine, it was fantastic!!! We mostly went out to eat but the kitchen was well stocked and even had the basics in the fridge when we arrived. There is tons of parking and a nearby Shell convenience store that we went to daily for beverages of all types.

No complaints. I did have trouble with the door code and that stuff on the door, trying to figure it all out at first but overall the host was responsive/quick to respond. Experience overall I would say has been well. Price was great too.

Great base camp to explore Cathedral Gorge for a few days. The place has the basics you need and there is a small grocery store within walking distance. Plus there’s a great taco truck nearby too!

Loved the getaway. So close to pioche Main Street and state parks- cathedral gorge and spring valley. Extras felt like home. Even made chocolate chip cookies from the goodies basket. Had a great time! Thanks again!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Cathedral Gorge! The home was clean and comfy and breakfast was amazing. Jenny was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Make sure you schedule breakfast ahead of time.

Always a great, comfortable stay

Great place to stay if you want to check out the neighboring State Parks. Comfy bed, good hot shower, and quiet. The breakfast next morning was extremely good. No restaurants in the town, but there is a decent grocery store, however there are no appliances to work with in this particular rental. Jenny was a good host and made some suggestions for us concerning the State Parks in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
