Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Pamplemousses District

Ashok and his wife were really nice to stay up until 1 AM as my taxi was very late. They were very kind upon my arrival. The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is great. The breakfast was delicious. I wish I could stay in Mauritius longer, thank you guys!

nice place. we had some issues with the electricity in our room, but they fixed everything very quickly to a degree that was enough for us. very nice and helpful staff, I can also recommend the ayurvedic massage by Preety!

Blandine and Sylvain welcomed us very warmly. Our navigation didn't find the property at first. Check-in was then hassle-free, we had called and Sylvain opened the gate for us. The two live in a locked bungalow area. The pictures don't promise too much. It's a great place to relax and the family is really super sweet. Our 2-year-old daughter was enthusiastic about the many pets (reef turtles, dogs, budgies, rabbit) and enjoyed playing with the son Emile. Breakfast and even dinner were offered to us. Everything very tasty. The room is huge and clean. In the house there are 2 guest rooms with private bathrooms. Short distance to Flic en Flac beach (car is needed). We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

My other planned stays in Mauritius were at large resorts and I was apprehensive that I may not be comfortable or engaged at this cozy spot. However, deciding to stay at The Good Life was a fantastic decision and led to some of the most memorable experiences I had on my (solo) trip. Antoine and his wife were warm and welcoming; he provided me with numerous resources, information and assistance. Above and beyond. My sole minor complaint was the unavailability of air-con during the (hot, humid) days. I appreciate the effort to be eco-friendly, but if you intend to spend time in the room, this is something to consider. That said, both the breakfast area and bungalows are cheery, bright, modern and spotless. The pool and gardens are magical - an absolute oasis. There are numerous thoughtful touches in the design of the rooms, delicious, fresh meals, solicitous service (thank you, Cavita!) and whatever detergent they use smells INCREDIBLE. “Perfect stay – highly recommended!” The place was clean, stylish and exactly as described. The location is great – quiet but close to everything. Nathalie and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Extremely idyllic and quiet accommodation in a beautiful garden. We felt very comfortable! The host is very attentive, eager and helpful. We would come back immediately, but we would like to point out that a rental car is definitely necessary to explore the surrounding area.

Yannick and her husband welcomed us in the best possible way. Their house is fantastic and our tree house in their garden was very cosy. We felt like at home, they were lovely with us. breakfast was delicious. I strongly reccomend to stay at their place. you will live an unforgettable experience!
