The building is renovated inside and out, with a terrace, carport, and amazing panoramic views. The center of Paloz is 850m, 10-12 minutes walk with a shop, restaurant, cafe. From here, the long-distance buses also start in the direction of Balatonfüred, Csopak, Alsóörs and Veszprém. The beach in Csopaki is 3.5 km. 35-40 minutes on foot, 7-8 minutes by car.

The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.
