Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. Special thanks to the host, Basappa, for being super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay in Goa!

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

We had a lovely stay at Jia Villa Candolim. The villa was perfect for kids as well as senior citizens. The daily breakfast was yummy and was made even more palatable because of the polite and caring behavior of the staff, especially Rashmi. Praful was also extremely helpful and helped us with an early check in and was always very responsive. Just one improvement which can make things even better - the bathroom on the ground floor was kept locked so for senior citizens it was a task to climb up the stairs frequently. It would be helpful to make the bathroom accessible.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. I stayed here for two whole weeks and felt right at home. The apartment is perfectly located in the south, allowing you to explore all the nearby haunts of Palolem and Patnem with ease. The restaurants nearby are nice and there is also a general store very nearby for added convenience. Perfect for long stays if you're looking to soak in the beauty of south Goa. The view from the balcony was soothing and I also enjoyed the occasional visits of the monkeys (there's a net in the balcony to protect you, don't worry). The WiFi is fast and reliable if you're looking to work remotely out of here. The apartment has a guard for added security and all the people working there are ultra sweet, even the doggos. Madhavi was very kind and friendly and was proactive any time I needed anything. The caretaker Nilesh was also super helpful and always available, and he also helped me get a bike rental of good value. I truly enjoyed my time here and certainly look forward to staying here again.

A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.
