Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Palolem Beach

The flat was exactly the same what was shown in pictures. It was too cozy. Felt like Home. Everything was well arranged in the flat. Worth for money. Surelly will recomend for 2nd time. Sapna is a great Host. We requested for early Checkin, due to other booking she managed to help us by doing the Early Checkin. She was too helpul and a quick responsive person.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

The flat is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We hired a moped for a few days which was perfect. There are shops a few minutes away and an early morning fish market. The flat is lovely. My partner has fibromyalgia so when she says the bed was comfortable that’s a real plus 😁. Sunrise and sunset divine. I would definitely stay here again.

The first ever stay I booked on Airbnb and the standards have been set high now! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very artistic, peaceful, clean and spacious apartment. It had everything to make you feel at home! Sakil was very helpful. The stove had some problem but Sakil made sure that it was fixed, even though we told him it’s alright as it is. The society, the apartment, the entire experience was on point! Definitely recommending this place!!

I had an excellent stay at this property! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a supermarket. Sirisha was very responsive, and ensured everything was smooth throughout my stay. I truly felt at home and would love to return on my next trip!

We arrived early to the location and asked for help from Indrajit. He was so generous and allowed us to checkin early. Every aspect in villa is as per description in Airbnb. White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

Praful has been responsive since day 1. Im glad that I found a beautiful and reasonable villa for our family and had a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast. Staff was responsible and was always available. I would like to rent the stay again whenever I'm traveling to goa. Had an amazing time.

Such a great property with amazing location. We walked in and instantly felt like woww what an amazing stay. It is so beautifully decorated the ambience feels so amazing. The host is very proactive and helpful. This property lays in the heart of candolim from where all the good restaurant chains and markets are very close. It is walkable distance from all the near by attractions. Aguada fort and jail is too close from here. I would 100% recommend people to stay here if you're in the area. There are 2 bedrooms both very spacious with attached 2 bathrooms. The caretaker of the place was helpful with carrying the luggage and getting us to the place.

Our stay at Oma Koti was absolutely wonderful. Zac has been one of the most responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring hosts we’ve encountered on Airbnb. He regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made us feel truly looked after. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the facilities you could ask for. Zac clearly has an eye for antiques, and the home reflected that charm and character in every corner—adding a unique warmth to the space. His thoughtful recommendations for local food and hidden gems also helped us explore the quieter, more soulful side of South Goa. An incredible place to call home, made even better by a host who truly goes above and beyond.

Entire place is well kept with utmost care. It's squeaky clean with attention to details. Carmens herself is a pleasing lady with adorning a beautiful smile always. She's wonderful to talk to. I'll recommend staying here if you're looking for nice quaint place to yourself away yet not so away from the hustle and bustle of north goa. It's a perfect balance of village with an quick accessiblity to town like amenities.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !

This BnB was the best place other than my own that I have ever stayed at. First of all, the apartment complex is really large with good amenities like Security. The Flat was bigger than what was shown in the photos with a really homely vibe. As we explored, we kept getting impressed with the amenities provided. It had all the basic and advanced things to run a household. The kitchen is fully functional with almost everything required to cook. The beds were really comfortable and felt like a warm hug after a long day of tiresome activities. The bathrooms were also clean. There is a TV that you can stream movies on. Overall, the BnB just kept getting better and better as we explored it. The Place with the cushions by the window was my favourite out of the entire flat. We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad that we couldn’t stay for more time. It is a truly 5/5 in my opinion.
