Very good place with all the amenities and a pool, having a big terrace. good restaurants near by. surrounding area is good. Anupama Ji is very welcoming and very helpful. She helps us arranging a cab, there was a need for a doctor appointment. she guided us and even come with us to clinic and waited. extremely helpful. I am very thankful to her. I will definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay here. Initially, the room we booked had a non-functional AC due to damage caused by a previous guest. However, the host proactively informed us about this before our arrival and immediately provided us with a better room. This reflects the host's excellent proactiveness and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

I travelled with my wife and kid and this place never felt away from home . It was so well maintained, everything was available within the premises , the amenities were as described , the staff was attentive and cooperative. Overall it's a 6 star instead of 5 from me

My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

A good deal for the size of the house. Clean, spacious, well maintained house and a helpful & responsive caretaker. We had a comfortable one night stay here.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Great place to Crash with Family or Friends. Calm and peaceful surrounding. Place is exactly as shown in the Pictures. The caretaker, Raj, was very humble and helpful. Shivam(Host) was really proactive in responding and assisted with any inquiries at the earliest.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

It was a get away home experience at Nalin's place. A warm welcome from the care taker Mansingh and support from him through the stay was exceptional. Also special mention is the breakfast from the lady staff who take care of the property, it was awesome. For sure this is our place for any visit to Goa in future. We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay at Costa montage was lovely. The rooms were clean and perfect for a getaway in South Goa. Ritu's detailed colorful interiors made our stay much more lively. Great facilities with the beach a stone throw away and safe vicinity. Thank you for hosting us, definitely recommend the place. 💯

Place was kept extremely clean. Everything that I needed and hoped for was there at the apartment. A wonderful Jain cuisine vegetarian restaurant Veggie Delight is located about 100 meters away provided excellent food. If I visit this part of Goa in future I would be inclined to stay here again. This BnB was the best place other than my own that I have ever stayed at. First of all, the apartment complex is really large with good amenities like Security. The Flat was bigger than what was shown in the photos with a really homely vibe. As we explored, we kept getting impressed with the amenities provided. It had all the basic and advanced things to run a household. The kitchen is fully functional with almost everything required to cook. The beds were really comfortable and felt like a warm hug after a long day of tiresome activities. The bathrooms were also clean. There is a TV that you can stream movies on. Overall, the BnB just kept getting better and better as we explored it. The Place with the cushions by the window was my favourite out of the entire flat. We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad that we couldn’t stay for more time. It is a truly 5/5 in my opinion.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
