Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

A cozy place for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable. My dog Barry enjoyed running around in the yard . Anna was quick to answer to any questions.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

The house is beautiful and modern. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and great room. Nicely decorated, and plenty of natural light. The screened in porch looking over the water and right off the great room was where we spent every morning with our coffee. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Large towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. The real gem is the pool/ hot tub area. We stayed six weeks and had most of our grandchildren- nieces and nephews stayed with us for a week at a time. They never left the pool, and their parents never left the hot tub. Both of them had digital controls that we controlled- a real plus. There was nice lounging areas that showed signs of hurricane damage but it was minimal and expected. The next greatest thing we witnessed was an extremely responsive host. Keriann was the best host we have ever encountered. Something missing had it that day, something broke it got fixed within two days and she listened to what we thought would make it better.

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals! Lisa was very responsive with a couple of questions we had. Fabulous pool area with great covering using the umbrellas. Young kids were able to swim all day in the hot soon due to the shade provided. Would highly recommend.

Such a cozy home perfect for me and my 2 sons, everything looks newly renovated. Large backyard patio furniture for outside sitting. Peaceful neighborhood and depending on the way you leave out, you in up in an art district 😍. If we’re ever back in Bradenton we will definitely choose this house again.

The place was spotless when we arrived. Andrew was always super nice and ready to answer any questions we had. He was flexible with the check-in time and the house’s location was very good. We took dogs and they loved the backyard. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who needed a stay near Anna Maria Island!

Good afternoon so I would just like to say that is my stay at Robert’s place was like being in a home away from Home. It was very clean. It was very spacious. It just made my family really feel like a family in a home and my communication with him was very responsive very accurate and it’s a very beautiful home inside and out and And I just I just enjoy staying there seeing that this was my first time in Florida so yes, I would just like to say once again thank you Robert for allowing my family and I to enjoy your beautiful beautiful home

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Highly recommended. Everything was clean, very quiet, and safe. Clara was very friendly, and we loved our stay.

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!
