Exactly as expected. Short walk to beach. Best unit in the small complex with the screened in porch. Quiet and clean. James and staff very helpful.

We had a great stay, the place looked exactly like the pictures, place was clean and welcoming . Very clear instructions and host provided suggestions for things to do around the area. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. A/C was nice and cool, WiFi was fast. Place was quite perfect for a restful night after a busy day out.

Nice quiet space. Within a short walk to many restaurants on a well lite sidewalk. The onsite washer and dryer are convenient but pricey at 5.75 per load.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My husband and youngest son had a great experience. The place was exactly as described – beautifully decorated, super clean, and very comfortable. Sean was an excellent host. He was responsive, welcoming, and provided all details in reference to their stay. Always responded in a timely manner, which was a plus! My son gives this stay 5 Stars!!

Khristel's place was an absolute gem and exactly what my family needed for a relaxing and peaceful beach getaway . Just steps away from the beach and all the amenities the hotel has to offer . We rented a car and utilized the valet service which was friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back . Liz was extremely friendly and helpful and made the check in process so simple and offered great suggestions for dinner and activities .

Great stay, place had everything I needed. Location is great from the shopping, restaurants, and airport. With the airport being close by his place is still sound proof. Didn’t have any disturbances. Would recommend

We had a great stay! The unit was exactly described, was a good sized space for two people, and had everything we needed. Warren was very helpful and responsive with our questions. Very walkable to two different public beach access points and restaurants. The parking space was a big help as we popped off the island a few times and it was nice knowing exactly where we’d park in the evening. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

First and foremost, I want to thank Eduardo for his quick response and making our time in Royal Palm Beach the best it could have been for the Eason we had to go down. Myself and three fellow officers needed a place in a hurry to attend and pay our final respects for the three palm beach county motor officers who tragically lost their lives on November 21st. I found Eduardo’s places and immediately messaged him. The Airbnb site said the host would typically respond within an hour. This was not the case. Eduardo immediately responded and did not hesitate to work with me. Eduardo made his home available to us with no questions asked and kept in touch with us the entire time. If I ever have the need to go back to the area, I will definitely reach out again and stay in his home. The pictures actually don’t do the inside justice, because it is absolutely beautiful in person. Thanks again for everything Eduardo. You and your team get an A+++++!

Michael is an excellent host!!! His property is beautiful and you can tell there is alot of love and care put into the property. We came to scuba dive all week and his place fit us and our gear with no issues. Easy and clear check in and out instructions. You can walk to the grocery store if you want. Easy- less than 1-3 miles to many restaurants. (Thank you Michael for the recommendations) The place was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us. We could have easily had 4 comfortabley in the unit. I have nothing but great things to say about the place and Michael as a host. We will for sure book again next time we are in West Palm Beach!!!

The backyard was paradise for our family of 5 (kids aged 10, 12 &15). The pool was awesome; perfect for lounging and play and the whole backyard was bigger than the photos made it look. Cornhole and mini golf are just the thing when a swim break is in order. Under the tiki we played games, listened to music, read books and cooked up some good eats! The location was convenient (a short drive) to the vibrant Atlantic Avenue and morning walk/run to catch a sunrise along the A1A Ocean Trail. As noted by others, the house is a bit small but is totally comfortable for sleeping 5 and was stocked with a lovely coffee bar. Of special note, Vase was the best host; incredibly responsive to any communication we initiated. There were a few small issues with the house (as there always can be!) and he immediately addressed each one and even provided us back a credit for our trouble!!! Customer service at its finest. Go ahead and book the trip!

We had a fabulous 11 day stay! It was our daughter’s first vacation (she is almost 9 months old.) We could not have prayed for a better experience! We spent a ton of time poolside, it was perfect for her! The pool heated up nicely during the day since it has direct sunlight all day long. The sun room was fabulous it was really convenient that the pool was right there. We set up our daughter’s play mat in there with all of her toys - she really enjoyed it! Highly recommend going to Juno Beach - there is tons of parking and the beach is fantastic. Waterway Cafe was our favorite restaurant during our stay! We played 2 great local golf courses; Palm Beach Country Club & Palm Beach Par-3 Course. If you golf, these 2 courses are a MUST! Host was super quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed attention - host was extremely kind & friendly - she made us feel valued and right at home. Do not hesitate to book this air b&b - it made for the best family vacation! Thank you so much!!!!!

Simply AMAZING. 2 years in a row renting Papa Steve's. Papa Steve's is a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. And the host Chelsea is incredibly responsive. Wonderful host.

Loved our time at this bright spotless spacious house w a view on the serene canal. Thoughtful touches like beach chairs and bikes made the stay effortless. Mostly, host was lovely. Communicative. Readily available and great restaurant recos. Highly recommend *****

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. What an amazing stay! It was super clean, there were many many extra versions of everything including towels and chairs and linens and pillows and cleaning supplies. The outside was pristine and had every single thing you could want. We had 3 young kids staying with us and they were entertained every moment. The pool and backyard are safe and comfortable and everything is new and works perfectly, inside and out. The kids even got to pick tomatoes from the garden which they ate directly off the vines and there was an aloe plant for sunburns, some unadvertised amenities. The big open living room and kitchen open directly onto the pool deck, so it’s a big open space and everyone is together, no matter where they are. The bedrooms are quiet and have blackout shades and even the kids slept in. You can walk to Whole Foods, total game changer. I will be back, mainly because the 7 year old made me promise we would rent the same house again next year. “Only this one, okay?”

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Amrit on Singer Island. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated with breathtaking ocean views that made every morning feel like a dream. The amenities were top-notch, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the peaceful spa facilities and salt therapy rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide a rejuvenating experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Whether it was at the front desk, the poolside attendants, or the restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Everything was just PERFECT. We will come back again for a longer stay. Thank you!

Condo is fantastic....Incredible views at sunrise and sunset...very comfortable furniture and beds....was tough leaving after almost 2 weeks. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place for the price. Clean, roomy, pool, hot tub, on the water, fitness center, free secure parking, near the beach, near cycling routes, lots of other attractions to drive to.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott vacation club villa. Wow was it great, beautiful facilities. Great service. Robert was easy to communicate with, easy instructions.
