Vacation rentals with a patio in Palit

Host is very friendly. Very nice place to stay, even with a pool. Very clean. Unfortunately, you can't walk to the city or the beach.

We were greeted by the hosts representative who guided us in and up to our suite. Lovely suite was perfect for the 6 of us. Would highly recommend!!! Matea was always immediately responsive.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. We didn't miss anything. Quiet environment, right on the water. Very quiet in the preseason.

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and were very kindly received by Tomi. Our apartment was very nicely decorated as in the photos and we felt right at home. The apartment is not far from the city, about 7 minutes by car. You have everything nearby but you are still in the countryside. What we really liked is that you have your own private area for the sea with a staircase to the water approx. 10 min by car. I would recommend this apartment, everything went smoothly at check-in & check-out. If we go to Krk again, we will definitely book there again.

The apartment was very nice and clean! Mia was very kind. We were allowed to spend 4 nights in the apartment and it was wonderful. My kids enjoyed it... I recommend this apartment to anyone👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰... And thank you Mia for your kindness

Amazing view of the ocean and the sunset, close to several small beaches. Just bring anti-mosquito spray, and you’ll have a wonderful stay!

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

We liked it very much at Stipe's, the place was as described and very clean. The contact with Stipe was excellent, she always responded within minutes. We highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to bays, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The grill and the pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disturbing.

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)
