House vacation rentals in Palio

We have been on holiday with the family annually at least twice a year. This one landed in top 3 directly! Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, beautiful city of Kavala nearby. Most of all, what a great host(s). Nothing was impossible. Harry was there 24/7 upon needing! You just need to give him a call. I most definitely recommend this super luxurious accommodation and the best host we ever had! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a fabulous 10 days at Akile's place in Kallirachi. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed the view and the pool. Akile was very helpful and accommodating with check in and bringing us a fan as it was so hot - thank you. Great place to stay :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

JoJo ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir werden uns bestimmt erneut sehen. Das wird unsere Adresse in Griechenland

Ev tam anlamıyla harika. İçi tertemiz, havuz güzel, deniz görünüyor. Ve kafa dinlemek için aşırı güzel bir konumda. Herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar gitmek çok isteriz.

Panagiotis ist sehr freundlich und man hat das Gefühl man ist zu Gast bei einem Freund. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Monti, hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner für unsere Gruppe gemacht. Das einzige was leider nicht getan hat, war das WIFI. Ansonsten war alles top und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Very glad i got to stay in this place. It was exactly what i needed - a quiet place away from everything, but just a minute away from the centre of Olympiada by car, where the shops, cafeterias, taverns and the lovely, sandy beach were. The house itself was impressive, very nicely decorated, without clutter, clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was well maintained, very clean and along with the lounge area, it made for a lovely place to just relax and enjoy the sun. The host was very discreet, polite, and very quick to respond. The check in and out was very easy too. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, i will be coming back for sure.

I had a fantastic time staying at this house in Greece! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available for any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the place feel welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to come back again someday. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a wonderful vacation at this extremely cozy and spacious house. What impressed us at the beginning, was the cleanliness and the perfect sunset view location, together with the full equipped kitchen. The house is located in a quiet area and there’s a beach at 2 minutes walking distance. Leonidas was always responsive and supportive, even in the middle of the night (big thank you), when we faced a health situation of our little girl. We are considering a future vacation here, next year!

Das Apartment von Konstadina hat die perfekte Lage in Nea Peramos; viele Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, sowie der Strand sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und Konstadina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си- мястото е уютно , чисто и надмина очакванията ни Прекрасно място за отдих! Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви, посрещнаха ни топло Имаше всичко необходимо за комфортен престой – от добре оборудвана кухня до бърз Wi-Fi. Без съмнение бихме се върнали отново и горещо препоръчваме на всички, които търсят спокойно и приятно място за престой! --- Ако желаеш, мога да го адаптирам за конкретен тип място (вила, апартамент, хотел) или стил (по-официален, по-емоционален, хумористичен и т.н.).

Se spune ca “nicaieri nu-i ca acasa” dar aici, ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine, la fel ca la noi acasa. O splendoare sa-ti servesti cafeaua pe terasa, auzind valurile marii si avand ocazia sa privesti rasaritul si apusul ! Multumim Donatella pentru toata amabilitatea ta si abia astept sa ma reintorc ! 🤗

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

Приятна къща, любезни домакини. Девствен плаж на 150 метра. Усещането в двора на къщата е сякаш си в парк. На 45 минути е популярният плаж Амолофи. The palm beach restaurant and bar е по- близкият плаж и доста приятна ерия. Като цяло, приятно преживяване!

We had a really great stay. Thank you to Vassiliki who is a great host. She is very friendly and she made our stay very comfortable.. Also the location is great and in the old town with a nice view and quiet neighbourhood.

eger araciniz varsa ve sakinlesmek istiyorsaniz adada ki en guzel evlerden biri, feribot noktasina 20 dk mesafe de , kendi bolgesinde plaji ve restoranlari mevcut , en onemlisi ise harika bir ev sahibi var , gercekten cok yardimci biri, eger adaya tekrar gelirsem ayni yerde kalmak isterim cunku evimde gibi hissettim.

Eleni's apartment is very well decorated, nice and clean. It has very big balcony which we liked a lot. We are very satisfied with our stay in her apartment, it is very close to the beach - 2 min walk. However the beach is not one of my favourite ones in Greece. We have only 2 days there, but probably there are better beaches in the area.

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

Домът на Dimitrios предлага всички удобства, които може да ви потрябват по време на отпуска. Къщата се намира в тих район и в същото време близо до плажа. Домакинът е много вежлив и отговоря бързо. С удоволствие бихме запазили отново.

Ολα ήταν τέλεια , σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά !

Καταπληκτική διαμονή. Μείναμε 5 άτομα για 5 ημέρες Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο πάρα πάρα πολύ όμορφο, εξαιρετική υποδοχή από την κυρία Μίνα και καταπληκτική η τοποθεσία το σπιτιού. 100% θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

We had a lovely stay at Katerina's place. It was very close to a nice and peaceful beach, great for kids. Katerina was very nice and friendly. The house was all we need for a family with two small kids.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist wirklich traumhaft dort, direkt am Meer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Das Haus ist perfekt sauber und hochwertig mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Tochter hatte ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer waren groß mit riesigen Kleiderschränken und Klimaanlage. Vasiliki ist mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je kennengelernt hat. Sie hat uns die besten Orte persönlich gezeigt und sogar ausgeholfen, als wir kein Auto hatten. Ohne sie hätten wir den viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt nicht so perfekt nutzen können. Deshalb auch hier noch einmal ein riesiges Dankeschön! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen.
