Beach house vacation rentals in Palinuro

Michaela and Giancarlo were fabulous hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful and with even better views. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which was fine the first few days but then it stopped working. We were having an “unplugged” vacation so this was not a huge bother to us and they remedied what they could! We are so grateful to be able to spend our honeymoon in their home with many Italian touches. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Fantastic stay in Nina’s House in Atrani, which was much less busy than Amalfi itself but only a short (and very scenic!) 10 min walk away. Apartment was spotless, great shower and comfortable rooms. Ristorante Savo in Piazza Umberto is a must while staying here. I do have to mention the steps as you’ll need to be relatively fit to get up and down, especially with luggage. We used a porter system (Amalfi Porters) to get our luggage to the ferry port in Amalfi - if you’d like to save your arms a workout, we left the card in the bowl and highly recommend!

A place to fall in love with

Spectacular view on the large balcony overlooking the water & neighbouring towns. The apartment was modest with everything you'd need. Pietro was very responsive. The shower went cold after~ 10 minutes & he was able to fix the problem within a few hours. There were ~ 200 steps from the road to the apartment & another 108 from there to the beach. There is no other access. We are young and fit, but we struggled with our heavy suitcases. I was surprised they didn't organise someone to carry our bags. We organised this for €40 upon check out. The listing provided driving directions, but when we arrived he revealed that car is not recommended & the best way to travel between towns is by water taxi (€15/person to Amalfi, €45/person to Positano one way only), but they stop operating at 5pm. Parking is scarce and expensive so didn't use our car at all. The paid parking lot was €30/day. The traffic was terrible and the roads were narrow & winding. Had we known, we would not have rented a car.

We had 2 wonderful weeks here. The apartment is a gem, very nice and lovingly furnished, with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The access to the Parking is really only suitable for small cars, so we didn't fit through with our Skoda enyaq. Nevertheless, the hosts helped us find another parking space. The location of the apartment is perfectly located for excursions along the entire Amalfi Coast. We would recommend this apartment at any time!

Nice apartment with a stunning view. For self catering, the freshest fish shop you can find for hours is just 10mins walking (towards Amalfi). If you want a fancy meal, appetitive or digestive it’s an easy 10min walk (direction away from Amalfi town). Stay here, sleep well, park the car, save money and get the bus to the main attractions.

We were welcomed by Raffaele and helped up to the apartment. It far exceeded our expectations with an incredible view of the Mediterranean and the smell of wisteria and orange and lemon trees wafting up the stairs. The bed was more comfortable than any we've slept in at highly rated hotels. After several weeks of travel, we could also wash our clothes and relax. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to feel at home. The quiet, private location with gated driveway was a plus, though it was within easy walking distance to shops and attractions. We are planning to take another trip to stay longer, specifically in Raffaele's place!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Everything was so clean, new & the view is simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in future - highly recommend!!!

Giovanni was very responsive, accommodating and helpful in getting to the place. Agreed with other reviews that there are many steps, but it was well worth the beautiful view and we loved how relaxing and open the space was. Lovely accommodations. The stairs are a trek which isn’t a problem if you’re in reasonable shape - just keep in mind if u don’t do stairs well. We didn’t have a problem. Also, since we last came to amalfi driving rules have changed and there are restrictions now. We had to take a vehicle because of our larger party and we didn’t find the driving terrible, but we weren’t quite in the busy season. Giovanni suggested a parking garage, but we easily found paid street parking daily close by that was cheaper. Just do your research on street parking and driving restrictions for the time of your stay before you go vs. getting around by public transportation - restrictions are tightest during the busy season of summer.

This place is such a great find! We had to change our plans because of bad weather and it was such a blessing because it led us to this place! The hosts are incredible - truly the best that we’ve ever had in an AirBnB. They were responsive to our every question and had great proactive suggestions. They made us wish we were staying longer - such great service! The house is stunning! It has everything you can need and the terrace is breathtaking!! There is a parking spot across the street - a real gift in this part of the world. The furnishings are beautiful and the colors of blue and yellow repeat in gorgeous ways! And if you go up one floor from the AirBnB, you are at a great pool with amazing views. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat! So beautiful!! A place you’ll remember for years to come.

Amazing Stay Near Amalfi We had a fantastic time at this apartment near Amalfi – everything was perfect! The heated pool was absolutely wonderful, and the views were breathtaking. A special thanks to Giuseppe, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even recommended a great restaurant and kindly drove us there and back. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi coast! We loved the location and the apartment was spacious clean and had super outdoor space with incredible views. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The Casale was wonderful. Great views out over Maiori to the Mediterranean. Location-wise the only concern is the 300+ steps up to the room which should not be underestimated, but not all that difficult if you take your time. Antonella was great. She helped plan our entire stay with excursions, booking drivers, and providing dinner and drinks on our arrival. She also was available to help whenever we needed it for advice on ferries, buses, or local shop/restaurant recommendations.

Villa Primavera is an excellent location in the Amalfi Coast with amazing views, very clean and starter refreshments included. Each day the pool was cleaned and grounds managed. The villa had a very cool and unique layout with many areas to enjoy such as hammocks under the lemon trees, pool, views from every location and many decks for relaxing. Giovanna & Pasquale were very responsive prior to our trip and during our entire stay. We made plans to visit Amalfi, Pompeii, Positano, Capri, Sorrento and Furore each with driver service that Giovanna & Pasquale coordinated. They also set up a chef at the villa for 2 different nights that was absolutely awesome! We made a few last minute changes to our schedule while we were there that they accommodated very quickly. The driver service they recommended was top notch. We were a party of 6 and we all had such a great time and would highly recommend Villa Primavera hosted by Giovanna and Pasquale to everyone visiting Amalfi Coast.

Beautiful space with an amazing view. Lots of stairs to make your way to town, comfortable shoes and preparing for many stairs to climb is a must. Very clean and comfortable space to enjoy ultimate relaxation. Utilize bus transportation and/or transportation services if needed to see as much of the coast as you can.

The apartment is better than the photos! It is in a wonderful location, parking is great, as easy as any walk can be in Ravello considering all of the stairs.The best thing about the apartment was Luisa. She is a great manager, thoughtful and kind and made our stay absolutely wonderful!

We visited Palinuro for a wedding and Francesca’s property was perfect for our short weekend stay. It had all required kitchen amenities, was a 5-10 minute walk to central Palinuro, and had a playground at the entry to the estate which was great for our kids. Check in and out process was very easy and flexible too.

Our stay with Salvatore was truly unbelievable. The pictures don’t do this property justice. The views of the coast, ocean, and hillside are spectacular and never get old. The property is clean and has all of the listed amenities. If you’re planning on making a trip to Amalfi don’t hesitate to book with Salvatore!

These hosts go above and beyond; truly traditional Italians who value hospitality and make you feel like family. Luigi and Cristina were very proactive and warned us about traffic and parking in the area as well how to get to their residence. Luigi greeted us himself and walked us up to the BnB and walked us through everything with Cristina. They dont speak alot of english but are handy with google translate's conversation feature. The scenery from the terrace is breath-taking and the space is so comfortable and clean and safe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had a rental car but there is not alot of available parking in Maiori, nor near this BnB so keep that in mind. Luigi was able to arrange parking for a daily fee so there is that option. We stayed at many BnB's during our vacation (6) and this was our favorite in location and host experience. We want to go back. Please take of this place if you choose to stay.

The place was beautiful and comfortable with a great view and terrace. Marco and his family were very helpful and accommodating and all the information you would need, was clearly provided. They even bought us some essentials when our arrival was late. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the view is great, and the hot tub gets hot! Katia is very nice and will help you with whatever you need. The location is tough unless you have a car or motorbike. While there is a bus stop very close, the buses only go to certain locations. Eg if you want to take a bus to and from positano you have to walk down and up many many (many) stairs to/from the stop.

What a find! The most beautiful setting, pristinely clean! Everything you need. Benedetta is so friendly and helpful. There is a grocery shop/restaurants just up the road. The nearby buses take you everywhere regularly, even if you have a car, the buses or water taxis are preferable. There is a lot of hill walking everywhere, but the scenery is worth it and everyone is so friendly! Thank you Benedetta for all of your hospitality!!!

We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend! We were grateful to be accommodated on such short notice. Stunning views, private hot tub and super clean and spacious apartment. A great spot to situate to explore the Amalfi coast!
