Sergio and his wife were great hosts; very friendly, proactive at communicating and really helpful. The flat was spotless, always warm and really comfortable with plenty of fresh bedding and towels for everyone. There was washing up stuff and oil for cooking in the kitchen too. The location is stunning with great views of the mountains. There's a convenient shop and a fantastic restaurant at a hotel in the village and you're only a few mins drive away from Cogne for more options too. The location was really convenient for ice climbing and skiing throughout the valley. We'll definitely be trying to book Sergio's flat again next time we visit the area.

Our stay was in 1 word, perfect. The place was very comfortable, equiped with everything we needed, in a beautiful villa surrounded by a superb garden with great views. We are definitely coming back in a few months. Recommended!

The little we could be there, it was a great stay. A very quiet area where you could rest without any noise. Both Ada and Andrea were always communicative from the start to help us with everything. Overall, great. The accommodation matches what they advertise. I hope we can come back again.

Very nice one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Po. The bedroom is very nice and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and there is also a sofa with TV. Located on a busy street near a small square with bar and market, you can reach the center in 20-25 min on foot or very soon by bus. The area towards the hills on this bank of the Po is also very nice. We had a great time!

The accommodation matches the description, with the directions provided access was simple, friendly owner, recommended places to eat, also in agreement with his property. There is a tourist tax for those over 15 years of age that is not indicated in the listing.

Spending four days at Massimiliano's house was an extremely regenerating experience. The house is a small gem, with wood as the predominant element in all the rooms. The resulting "heat" is a powerful regenerating tonic for stressed and exhausted souls. The mountainous setting of the Champorcher valley helps the eye to recalibrate on something that should be admired daily, instilling peace and serenity. The breakfast prepared every morning by Massimiliano was much appreciated, both for the variety of products and for their quality (cakes and focaccia prepared by Massimiliano). We'll be back as soon as there's a spot! Absolutely recommended.

My partner and I stayed the night while passing through on a bike trip. Was perfectly equipped with netflix, a hot shower and warm bedding. Was on the ground level with sufficent space for 2 bikes. Pizzerias and the central train station nearby. Was just what we needed.

Super stay! The house was cozy, clean and had everything you needed. Quiet but comfortable area to move anywhere. The host was very kind and always available for anything. We immediately felt at home. If you pass through here, I recommend it!
