Beauty and isolation. I wanted to escape with an element of remoteness, to spend days swimming and relaxing in nature. This surpassed my predictions. Catered breakfast at sunrise and sunset. Days spent exploring the reef, snorkelling and skin diving, or kayaking around the nearby islands. There are fins and snorkels to borrow, if needed, and rechargeable lights for night snorkelling. Napping and reading, followed by more snorkelling. The rustic cabin was not lacking. The fans kept me cool. My cabin was on the hill in the trees, cooler than the lower ones. The internet connection was fast and reliable, though I wasn't making any video calls. Had a day trip to Black Island, David's favourite, and can't recommend enough. I swam with thousands of fish. I went snorkelling and diving with David at night, seeing multiple seahorses. David shared favourite spots to explore and, with Genny, helped planning my stay. Gennya was a ray of sunshine, ensuring that everything was exceeding expectation

My family and I had such a lovely stay at Tahanan! Travelling with two small children, we enjoyed the spacious area and it had everything we needed for an extended stay. The place was well kept and very clean and we appreciated that there were extra supplies and toiletry for every day use. The rooms were very comfortable and having an extra bedroom was a plus! The location was perfect as it was central and very walkable to all the malls, eateries, restaurants, convenience stores, the local beach and sight-seeing places in Puerto Princesa. It is also only about a 5 minute drive from the airport! If you need to commute, it is only a 3-minute walk to the highway where you can take a cab or a tricycle. The neighbourhood was quiet and the unit has its own space apart from the other units beside it. Rodel was great to communicate with, always reachable and very accommodating to any of our requests. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying at Tahanan again!

Great stay with an awesome hosts! From the moment we arrived, Justine and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Despite our super late check-in, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt at home right away. Justine and her team were super helpful in all aspects from helping us book Island Tours and Airport transfers. The space itself was cozy, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Overall, this Airbnb made our trip stress-free and memorable! An unforgettable experience. Our only regret, we did not stay longer. Thank you Justine and co!

Najlepsze miejsce do zatrzymania się w Port Barton! Na skraju plaży, duży teren, zapewniona prywatność. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Miły i pomocny gospodarz oraz Pani, która opiekuje się domem na co dzień. Polecam!

Buenavista Lodge is the perfect place to stay when visiting Culion. Its central location in the heart of the town makes everything easily accessible, and the breathtaking ocean view is a definite highlight. The owner Rachel and caretakers (Butch and Edlyn) go above and beyond to ensure guests’ needs are met, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Idéalement situé, le logement est facilement accessible depuis la route principale et suffisamment en retrait pour ne pas être incommodé, ni par le bruit de l’aéroport, ni par la circulation. D’une propreté irréprochable, le logement est bien équipé avec un réfrigérateur. La pièce est spacieuse et la salle de bain équipée d’un wx, lavabo et douche. Comme souvent aux Philippines, l’eau chaude n’est pas disponible ! Je recommande cet oasis de calme.

Es ist alles perfekt. Wer Ruhe Brauch und auf Luxus verzichten kann oder auch auf andere Annehmlichkeiten ist ja genau richtig. Es Brauch aber auch nicht mehr.
