Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

We had a wonderful family stay at La Residencia Nanale! From booking to payment, check-in to check-out — everything was seamless and stress-free. A big thank you to Ms. Patricia for a smooth and spotless transaction, and to Manang Liza for her warm assistance and for making us feel right at home. The welcome drinks and food were a thoughtful touch — just what we needed after a long, hot drive. La Residencia Nanale truly is a hidden gem and a one-stop shop for comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again!

The place was great, and worth every penny we spent, we had a really good time and everything was in order, their staff was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. we had lots to do and the place was very spacious for all of us.... the host was very responsive and gracious... we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the bed linens were superb, very comfy and very clean....

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. One of the most complete stays we've ever booked. From household amenities to minor things you think you may not need, everything's there already 😁 Pupunta ka nalang talaga haha

As a large family, we stayed at Melisa's place for a week. Our thoughts: Pros: -- Great beach-side location. It was very easy to get to the ocean. -- Good layout. We liked the kubo setup of the property. -- Helpful staff. The caretakers were friendly and cooked delicious food for us. -- Mostly peaceful. We had the property to ourselves, which was very nice. Cons: -- Bathroom. There's only 1 toilet, which isn't ideal for large groups. Also, although the indoor shower and toilet have a wall between them, the wall doesn't quite extend to the ceiling. So it's a bit awkward if somebody's using the toilet while somebody else is using the shower. -- A bit of noise. The neighbors were mostly very quiet all week, which was nice. But on our last night, the property next door hosted a wedding ceremony, and the music blasted all afternoon until about 10pm. We don't blame Melisa for this, but there's a small noise risk. Overall: Very good, we would go back anytime.

The place is nice naman, they allowed us to check in early, very responsive din host. We enjoyed naman yung place.

We enjoyed our stay here. Less than 5mins walk to the beach. Breath taking sunset. We surely consider staying here again on our next trip

Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. Everything was almost perfect, especially the pool and beach. The two villas with lofts provided an ideal setup for our two families, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the simplicity of the interior, it was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential cooking utensils, pans, a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and more. Additionally, the rental included a videoke for added entertainment. While there were a few small things that could be better, they didn't really affect how great the place was. Kudos to the caretakers for being helpful most of the time. Can't wait for our next visit to this awesome place!

The place looked just like the photos—quiet and relaxing. It’s probably best to visit during cooler weather though, since it was pretty hot and humid around the resort because of the summer season. Luckily, the unit we stayed in had a jacuzzi, which was a nice way to cool off and enjoy the heat at the same time. They do have ATVs available, but they were under maintenance when we got there, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, it’s a great spot to just hang out and play board or card games with friends or family. Cooking is allowed, and they provide basic utensils, which was super convenient. If you need more, you can just ask. They also offer meals—from breakfast to dinner—that you can have delivered straight to your room at whatever time works for you. The staff were really polite and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were easy to contact during their working hours. Overall, we had a great time and we’re all rested.

It is very peaceful to stay. The beach was walkable but sadly, I didn't have the chance to swim on the beach because of the weather. Overall stay was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is easy to locate and have the essential things that you need to have a good and comfortable stay. Real value for your money. Highly recommended.

Owner and staff were friendly and very accommodating :) The owner even gave us free mangoes from their own mango tree and led us to the beach himself. Overall good experience
