The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.

The house is newly decorated is located near the beach, about 150 meters away. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room and large terrace. There is also a small room and a large toilet. On the second floor there are 3 rooms with a double bed, two balconies and one large toilet.
