We have simply never stayed at a better location (amazing beach and walking distance from the city center) hosted by a better host.. next time we hope to book a longer stay.

Would definitely stay again! Amazing views over the canal into the old town. Spacious and clean, with everything you need to make your stay a breeze. Amazing communication and suggestions for things to do.

Wonderful location and views from the large balcony. Convenient for transport and local amenities - and we very much enjoyed eating in the lovely Marinero Restaurant below the apartment (which was not noisy at night).

We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

Ana and her family are super nice people. Their place is really nice, clean and just great for vacation. Peaceful and close to the sea. Thanks, Ana, for everything, we really enjoyed the holiday!

Blissful location on a quiet island (with bridge, so easily accessible), we have had a lot of sunny rest here and have a lot of snorkeling in a bay a few kms away (a swimming and sup vacation at the end of October). The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities and is also 30 meters steps from the sea. Dragica is attentive and friendly.

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
