We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

Vintage Airstream with fab outdoor kitchen

Probably the coolest bedroom (and kitchen!) in Suffolk. Vintage Airstream based in an idyllic location, off the beaten track. New for this season. Come and stay in our lovely Airstream where you can enjoy a wonderful glamping experience. The Airstream decked out with luscious fabrics for a wonderfully cosy, intimate feel has a cool outdoor kitchen and loo a few steps away across the garden. All set in beautiful grounds, its unique!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 boys and 2 Border Terriers. The house is in the most perfect location, right by the fish and chip shop and within a few minutes of the beach. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so we made the most of sitting in the front garden with a beer and snacks! the dogs both loved sitting at the front gate watching everyone walk by! We found it easy to park at the village hall and parked outside the house to unpack. We found the house very comfortable, with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable. We recommend breakfast at the local pub! and of course fish and chips from the chippy. Thanks also for all the DVDs and the Playstation was a hit with our boys. Overall a really relaxing stay and we will definitely book again.

Beautiful holiday villa especially if you wish to travel With kids.. spacious and beautiful garden.. Vila was pre equipped with all the appliances and very clean.. We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.
