There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

We had a great stay in Amanda's spotless apartment. Amanda and Dean were very responsive and keen to help resolve a small issue we had with the WiFi during our stay, which was very much appreciated. It is a short walk to Lowestoft high street in one direction, and the beautiful South Beach in the other. As others have said, earplugs will help with the seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the harbour with the binoculars handily provided in the flat!

We had a lovely stay at Martina and Tristan’s! Very clean, lots of space for the two of us, beautifully decorated and good amenities. Road was busy and noisy at times but parking was easy, could find spaces. Martina responded to questions promptly and provided us with great local information. A short walk to the sea front and town. Would recommend the tea room on the front and we ate at the Swan Inn which is about a ten minute drive. Would recommend.

Our stay in this house was amazing! the house is great. walking distance for a few pubs. There are 2 takeaways ( indian & Chinese across the road. We eat our breakfast in Pakefield Pantry everyday! amazing breakfast and coffee! only 100 meters walking from the house. corner shop only 100 meters from the house. Lowestoft only 5 minutes drive.We took a 30 minutes train journey to Norwich, it was so easy option for us. I strongly suggest for everyone to visit Southwold and book Adnams brewery tour! it's really great! Thank you Sarah for such a lovely place for us to stay.

A lovely little cottage on the rugged Pakefield coast. It's down the end of a small road opposite a church that dates back to the 14th Century and is very peaceful. The garden has a beach hut at the end which overlooks the beach which is a real highlight. There are 3 pubs within a 5 mins walk, one of which serves excellent food with great views. There are also local shops whilst the larger supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely rebook.

It was a good stay. The place was clean and the stuff provided was really impressive. Its the basic i expect from all bnbs and this one has everything. From provind coffee, milk to toileteries. It was really well though of and a nice touch! Fully recommend this place.
