Monthly Rentals in Pajangan

I’m someone who looks for a serene place to stay that’s not too far from Yogyakarta City Center, while also being budget-friendly. I don’t need over-the-top facilities, so this place was perfect for me. Everything about this place felt “just right.” It’s just right for two people—especially couples. It’s just right for getting a quiet, restful break after a long, busy day exploring crowded Yogyakarta. The breakfast is just right to start your day, the atmosphere is perfect for those who enjoy calm and tranquility, and the distance from the city center is just right—you can easily get there using an online taxi. Mas Rifqi, the (future super)host, is very responsive, kind, and helpful. He also provides extra services you might need during your stay, such as bike rentals, massage arrangements, and more. Perhaps in the future, the key system could be upgraded to a modern one, like a card-based system. Also, the bedroom door handle could be fixed, as it couldn’t be locked properly.

As seen in the photos, the atmosphere is very peaceful & cozy, the property is beautiful & well maintained, everything is well organized, the pool water is not too cold so the kids can swim in the morning, the view from the backyard is amazing, you can enjoy sunrise in the morning and cityline at night, thanks to the owner who gave us cakes upon check out which we can enjoy on the way back, a nice personal touch, overall we are very satisfied and will come back again another time, a very suitable place for those who want a calm atmosphere in Jogja with a reasonable distance from the city center...

Beautiful place, delicious breakfast!

Truly what a magical and special place. Nestled on the outskirts of the busy and hectic Jogja town center, you felt a sense of peace and serenity hidden amongst the rice paddies. It was special and spiritual to wake up and sit outside staring out to the rice paddies and listening to the call to prayer and the sounds of nature. The breakfast was such a treat - the nasi wrapped in the banana leaf and a tray of fresh fruit. Achmad and his staff were very accommodating. He got me in touch with a local sopir (driver) that helped with transport during our stay. We were able to wash our clothes with a cleaning service that was exceptionally fast. This is definitely a place I want to come back to!
