We very much enjoyed our two night stay in beautiful Guadalupe. The accommodation is very well located right next to the main square, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with nice shared covered and outside areas to sit. The shared plunge pool is gorgeous and the breakfast was fabulous. Carolina also helped sort a small problem very quickly when we arrived. The room was fairly basic but was large and had a very comfortable bed and great hot shower. We felt it was very good value.

It is highly recommended to visit the place. Check-in by bus is super easy, the staff are very attentive, the room and bathroom completely clean, it is a quite cozy place and the view is amazing!

Very nice hacienda. A place brimming with peace and quiet. A few kilometers from the most beautiful villages in Boyacá. I would definitely come back. This is my first time asking me to cancel an additional tax (hotel tax) when leaving, this should be clarified on the platform.

I booked a luxury room at the Hotel Hacienda Suescun, definitely the place is a spectacle for the eyes, our room had all the amenities according to the decoration of a dream place, the fireplace, the furnishings, every hypnotic detail made our stay impressive, and I did not mention the shocking forest that surrounds the hacienda, I literally felt in a fairy tale, I have to mention how well attended we were on the premises, the girls who attended us were supreme mind attentive and very friendly, the food exquisite and in time, and about the cleanliness is extremely rigorous and professional, I cannot express in words how enchanted my stay was next to my mother, simply majestic.

I booked for three couples that we each required a room, the publication they have on this platform showed us that we had a 4 bedroom accommodation where we could apparently stay according to our needs, the publication of airbnb was very clear, however I asked the pertinent questions through the chat and did not get clear answers. At the time of arrival they tell me that it is only a room with two beds and a sofa bed where we had to accommodate 6 people and this was not what I booked or what we needed because we required privacy, however, they were very friendly and they were looking for solutions, THEY gave me 3 small rooms BUT I HAD TO GIVE A SURPLUS OF MONEY. They were very friendly if, but we had to accommodate ourselves in a place we hadn't booked and pay more for a mistake from the host and posting, we were on vacation and for that reason we gave up, for not having inconveniences but if it was a disgust. however, beautiful place

The attention of everyone was incredible, especially Yoreidy , they made our stay very pleasant, the view is beautiful, I could make a small bonfire, spectacular, thank you so much.

It's on the main avenue, but it's super private and quiet, beautiful green areas, comfortable rooms and super attentive staff. Everyone was super nice to my dog. I'll definitely be back

Edison did a phenomenal job with communicating with us and guiding us to the location as well as keeping tabs with us to make sure we got there for check in. I enjoyed the stay and he was able to accommodate us and fit our needs in the best way he can. My wife and her family and kids really enjoyed it and we definitely got to see the beauty of the lake as well as get a lot of recommendations of locations to see and check out. the place looks fantastic and I completely enjoyed the stay I had even if it was a short day. I would definitely come back and recommend your stay here.
